Aiming at groundwater characters of arid-inland region, this paper analyzes the existed problem of simulation for groundwater system and proposed the concept and technology systems of intelligent-information for groundwater simulation in arid-inland region. It is actualizing ways and some key problems that have been discussed. At the same time, this paper points out setting up ANN model for ground water dynamic and GA-SA model for ground water management can realize the whole intelligent-information for ground water simulation. The conclusion indicates that intelligent-information can solve some difficult problems for groundwater simulation and make the development of groundwater system simulation in arid-inland region.
