| 英文摘要 | The Ocean Technology Foundation (OTF), in conjunction with the University of Connecticut, has developed over the past eight years the concept of an outer continental shelf ecosystem study program termed OASIS (Ocean - Atmosphere Seafloor Integration Study). The physical facility from which this study would be conducted is termed Ocean Base. Ocean Base One (OB1) will be a prototype/proof-of-concept for a national network of ocean bases that is proposed by OTF. |
