There is a very complex nonlinear relationship between groundwater and ecological environment. Taking the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Qian'an County in Jilin Province in arid and semiarid area of China for two examples, emulate research has been done by using artificial neural network (ANN) method in this paper. The result shows that the model has good function of simulating and imitating, and can be conveniently applied.
