英文摘要	We report on three months of data on the presence of atmospheric aerosol at Dugway Proving Ground in the state of Utah. We use the measurement of light scattered out of a beam produced by a Xenon flash tube as a measure of aerosol concentration. For the three months in question, the average behaviour of the atmosphere is well represented by the Modtran VII ''standard desert aerosol'' model.
