中文摘要 | 冰冻圈作为气候系统五大圈层之一,是我国西北地区重要的水源地和固态水库,长期以来其产品和服务功能研究不足,经济潜力未能得到有效发挥。随着“丝绸之路经济带”的提出,西北地区将成为我国未来国土空间开发的重要增长极,研究其水资源本底资源禀赋、冰冻圈水资源供给能力变化和对未来社会经济发展需求的支撑服务十分重要。目前从自然地理和人文地理的学科交叉角度对冰冻圈水资源服务功能研究和评估尚处于起步阶段,遑论从地域主体功能角度对西北干旱区冰冻圈水资源服务功能进行有针对性的区划。本文在分析西北地区冰冻圈水资源本底资源禀赋、重要性、服务功能类型等的基础上,遵循自然地理地带性分异规律,以冰冻圈水资源各要素的资源特点(分布、储量、径流占比、调丰补枯能力等)为重要依据,充分考虑不同地域单元对冰冻圈水资源的利用方式和利用水平,构建冰冻圈水资源服务功能区划定量指标体系,采用空间属性双聚类等方法,将全国划分为新疆干旱区、青甘宁蒙半干旱区、黄土高原区、蒙东半干旱区、青藏高原区、东北寒湿区、黄淮海温湿区和华南温湿区八大冰冻圈水资源服务功能一级大区。构建冰冻圈重要性指数,并以冰冻圈主导类型、冰冻圈重要指数为依据划定冰冻圈水资源服务功能二级区域。最后基于土地利用结构、人口密度、产业结构、用水结构等社会经济特征,以县为单元分析各县的冰冻圈服务功能类型,利用区位熵模型判定各县冰冻圈主导服务功能类型,进行冰冻圈水资源服务功能三级区划。以西北地区为例进行冰冻圈水资源服务功能区划实践,结果显示西北地区包含4个冰冻圈水资源服务功能一级大区、16个冰冻圈水资源服务功能二级分区和44个冰冻圈水资源服务功能三级分区。在区划结果的基础上,本文从水资源稀缺性与利用效率两个角度,对西北地区冰冻圈水资源服务功能进行问题类型区划分,并将结果与冰冻圈水资源服务功能变化趋势相结合,识别出亟需进行水资源优化的区域。冰冻圈水资源服务功能区划方案是冰冻圈科学综合自然地理学与人文地理学的重要探索,为未来冰冻圈服务功能研究工作提供了理论与实践基础。 |
英文摘要 | As one of the five most important spheres of the climate system globally, cryosphere is an important water source and solid water reservoir in cold and arid regions of China. For a long time, there has been inadequate research on product and service functions of cryosphere results in the failure on developing its economic potential effectively. With the Silk Road economic belt putting forward, arid region in northwest will become the new poles of growth of China. It is of great significance to study the water endowments, cryosphere water resources supply ability and future water demand for social and economic development of arid region in northwest China. At present, the research and evaluation on regionalization of Cryosphere water resource service function from the interdisciplinary angle of natural geography and human geography is still in its early phase, let along the targeted regionalization of cryosphere water resource function in arid region from the perspective of major function regionalization.This thesis bases on the analysis of cryosphere water endowments, the importance and the type of service function, and follows the rule of physical territorial differentiation, bases on the characteristics of the various elements of cryosphere water resources(distribution, runoff ratio, reserves, adjusting abundance and supplying dry, et al),fully consider the different way and level of water resources use in different geographical units, construct the quantitative index system for water resources service function division of cryosphere, use the method of spatial attribute double clustering, divide the country into 8 first level districts of cryosphere water resource service function. There are Xinjiang arid region, Qing Gan Ning Meng semiarid area, Loess plateau region, East Inner Mongolia semiarid region, Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau region, Northeast cold-dampness area, Huang Huai Hai warm and wet region and South China warm and wet region. Constructing the importance index of cryosphere, and on the basis of the main type of cryosphere, delimit the second level district of function regionalization of cryosphere water resource service. Finally, based on the structure of land use, population density, industrial structure and water use structure and other social and economic characteristics, taking the county as unit analyze the type of cryosphere water resource service function, using location quotient to determine the dominant service function, and delimit the third level district of function regionalization of cryosphere water resource service. Taking the Northwest China as an example, the practice of regionalization of Cryosphere water resource service function shows that the Northwest China region contains 4 first level districts of cryosphere water resource service function, 16 second level districts of cryosphere water resource service function and 44 third level districts of cryosphere water resource service function. Based on the results of regionalization, this paper divided the problem areas of the cryosphere water resource service function in Northwest China from the perspectives of scarcity of water resources and utilization efficiency, and combines the results with the trend of change of cryosphere water resource service function, identify areas that need water resource optimization. The regionalization of cryosphere water resource service function is an important exploration of cryosphere science, which integrates physical geography and human geography, and provides a theoretical and practical basis for the future research work of cryosphere service function. |
