中文摘要 | 吉林省西部盐碱芦苇湿地吸收盐分和氮磷去除效果研究\n\n\t摘要\n\n\t目前,世界上存在着大面积的盐碱地,我国是盐渍化危害较严重的国家。土壤盐渍化是当今世界上土地退化的主要类型之一,也是世界性资源问题和生态问题。土壤盐渍化不仅很大程度上降低了土壤的生产潜力,而且给农业生产带来严重的损失,此外盐分的积聚也改变了植物的生长环境,促进植物类型向盐生,荒漠类型转变,最终导致生态环境恶化。土壤盐碱化多发生在干旱、半干旱以及海滨地区,吉林省西部地区属于干旱、半干旱地区,土壤盐碱化严重。近年来改良土壤的手段逐步转化为生物措施,大量耐盐耐旱的植物被广泛关注。芦苇就是备受关注的植物。芦苇能够生长在盐分含量较高的环境中,具有一定的排除盐分、大量吸收N,P等营养成分的能力,是吸收盐分净化水质最有效的处理措施。论文以芦苇为研究对象,对芦苇湿地的环境现状进行调查,对水田回归水和新庙泡水质进行采样、监测,采集芦苇地的土壤和植物样本监测,分析盐碱湿地土壤和水中八大离子(K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+、HCO3-、CO32-、Cl-、SO42-)以及总磷总氮浓度的变化,监测芦苇的全盐量,研究芦苇盐碱化湿地对盐分的吸收作用和对氮磷的去除效率。\n\n\t论文一共分为六部分\n\n\t第一部分阐述论文研究的目的以及意义,在查阅参考大量文献的基础上,综合分析国内外学者对芦苇的研究现状,给出论文的研究内容、技术路线\n\n\t第二部分简要介绍了研究区域概况、样品采集的方法,对样本进行检测。\n\n\t第三部分分析盐分离子在水中和土壤中的浓度变化状况,探讨了芦苇盐碱湿地对盐分的吸收能力。\n\n\t第四部分统计分析检测结果中总磷总氮在经过芦苇区前后的浓度变化,研究芦苇对氮磷污染物质的截留效应。\n\n\t第五部分分析了盐碱湿地芦苇含盐量、总磷、总氮之间的相关性关系。\n\n\t第六部分为论文结论,分析了研究中的不足。\n\n\t关键词:湿地芦苇,吸收盐分,氮磷去除 |
英文摘要 | Study on Removal Efficiency and Absorption of Salinity and Nitrogen and Phosphorus by Reed Saline-alkali Wetlands in the West of Jilin Province\n\t\n\t\tAbstract\n\t\n\t\tNow, there is a large area of ??saline-alkali land in the world , salinization is more seriousin in our country . Soil salinization is one of the main types of land degradation in the world and it is a global resource issues and ecological problems. Soil salinization not only largely reduces the production potential of the soil, but also causes serious damage to agricultural production, in addition, the accumulation of salt has also changed the growth of plants in the environmen, promoted change of plant types to halophytes and desert type, the final resulting is the deterioration of the ecological environment. Soil salinization occurs in arid, semi-arid and coastal regions. In the west of Jilin Province, it is arid and semi -arid regions, soil salinization is serious. In recent years, a means of improved soil gradually transformed into biological measures, a large number of drought- tolerant plants is widespread concerned. Reed is one of them. Reed can grow at a higher salt content environment, with the ability to exclude salt and absorb nitrogen , phosphorus and other nutrients, and it is the most effective treatment measures of water purification . The study uses reeds as the research object , investigates the status of reed wetland environment, samples and, monitors the water quality of return water in paddy field and the Xinmiaopao ,collects soil and plant samples to monitor, analyzes the changes in concentration of eight ions ( K+, Na+, Ca2 +, Mg2 +, HCO3-, CO32-, Cl-, SO42-) and total nitrogen and total phosphorus in water and soils of reed saline-alkali wetlands, monitors salt content on reed ,\n\n\n\t\n\t \n\n\tstudies the absorption in reed saline-alkali wetlands .\n\n\tThe paper consists six parts:\n\n\tThe first part describes the purpose and significance of the study , on the basis of referencing a lot of literature, comprehensive analysis of , gives the thesis content, technical route through comprehensive analysis of research status domestic and foreign scholars concluded of reed;\n\n\tThe second section briefly introduces the profile of the study area and the methods of sample collection , sample testing.\n\n\tThe third part analyzes the changes in salt concentration in the water and soil conditions, discusses the absorption capacity of salinity in reed wetland.\n\n\tThe fourth part statistics and analyses the change of concentration of total nitrogen and total phosphorus before and after the reed wetlands , studies the interception effect of nitrogen and phosphorus .\n\n\tThe fifth part analyzes the correlation relationship salinity, total phosphorus , total nitrogen in reed .\n\n\tThe sixth part of the paper includes the conclusion and insufficient in the study.\n\n\tKeywords : Wetlands reed , Absorption of salinity, Removal of nitrogen and phosphorus |
