中文摘要 | 为了探讨植物园以及人工湿地引种所带来的入侵风险,我们首先对风险评估工具--澳大利亚杂草评估系统进行修改,使之能够更好地适用于中国的气候环境。之后我们对中国五个主要植物园(北京植物园,武汉植物园,华南植物园,西双版纳热带植物园和吐鲁番沙漠植物园)的种子交换名录以及武汉植物园的引种名录中的外来物种的入侵性进行分析。最后以一种常见的人工湿地植物再力花(Thalia dealbata)为研究对象,对其适生性进行了初步分析。主要研究结果如下:\n1. 修改过的澳大利亚杂草评估系统(CWRA)依然表现出了较好的辨别能力。Youden指数分析发现该系统的最佳阈值为14分。结合实际情况,我们将分值小于8的物种判定为入侵潜力较低的物种,将分值大于14的物种判定为入侵潜力较高的物种,将分值位于8到14之间的物种鉴定为有待进一步评估的物种。我们适用Daehler的决策数(Decision Tree)对有待进一步评估的物种进行二次评估。CWRA和决策树成功辨认出了95%的入侵物种和80%的非入侵物种,另外还有5%的物种的入侵状态是该系统所无法确定的。在ROC曲线分析中,CWRA的AUC值为0.94。\n2. 在这五个植物园的种子交换名录及武汉植物园的引种名录中,一共有545个外来物种。其中有22%的外来物种已经在中国形成入侵,另外还有17%的外来物种被杂草评估系统鉴定为具有较高入侵风险。这些物种大部分都是作为观赏植物和药用植物被引进,作为药用植物被引进的物种成为入侵物种的可能性最高。\n3. 澳大利亚评估系统对再力花的评分为18,远超过系统本身阈值(14)。MaxEnt分布区预测结果表明,再力花可以在北京-郑州-西安-成都-丽江一线以东生长,江浙一带以及安徽省东南部尤其适合再力花的生长。冷冻实验表明,经过两个月0℃低温处理的再力花虽然在生物量及开花数量上与低温处理时间较短的植株存在显著差异,但是却依然可以完成整个生活史。 |
英文摘要 | In order to analyze the invasion risk associated with plant introduction of botanic garden and constructed wetland, we first adapted Australian Weed Risk Assessment system to the characteristics of Chinese climate types. We then assessed the invasiveness of alien species in the seed lists of five major botanic gardens in China (Beijing Botanic Garden, Wuhan Botanic Garden, South China Botanic Garden, Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanic Garden and Turfan Desert Botanic Garden) as well as those in the introduction catalogue of Wuhan Botanic Garden. Finally, we studied the fitness of a popular wetland plant Thalia dealbata. The results of our study are as follows:\n \n 1. The adapted Australian Weed Risk Assessment System (CWRA) showed an agreeable performance. According to the result of Youden’s Index, the best cut-off value was set at 14. Therefore, the species whose score is below 8 was put into accepted category; the species whose score is above 14 was put into rejected category; the species whose score is between 8 to 14 was put into further evaluation category. The CWRA has successfully discriminated 95% invasive species and 80% non-invasive species, with 5% species put into further evaluation category. The AUC value of CWRA in the ROC analysis is 0.94.\n 2. There are totally 545 alien species in the seed lists and introduction catalogue that were analyzed in our study. 22% species were actually known invasive species in China and 17% species was rejected by the risk assessment system. Most species was introduced as ornamental and medical species. The highest invasion risk was associated with species introduced for medical purpose.\n 3. The score that Thalia dealbata has achieved in adapted CWRA is 18. According to the results given by MaxEnt, Thalia dealbata is able to grow at the east side of the line formed by Beijing, Zhengzhou, Xian, Chengdu and Lijiang. Jiangsu Province, Zhejiang Province. Southern Auhui Province are especially suitable for the growth of Thalia dealbata. According to the results of frozen experiment, the plants that have stayed in cold storage of 0℃ for 2 months were still able to accomplish its life cycle even their biomass and flower number are significantly lower than those that have stayed in cold storage for shorter time. In conclusion, we deem that Thalia dealbata is with invasive potential and is able to grow in most areas in China. |
