祁连山老虎沟12号冰川表面运动速度与变化研究

中文摘要冰川是气候的产物,是气候变化的敏感指示器。冰川也是重要的淡水资源,被称作天然固体水库。深处中国西北干旱区的祁连山,孕育着大量的冰川,自然而然成为河西地区生命绿洲的重要源头,因此,该区冰川变化研究具有非常深远的意义。老虎沟12号冰川是祁连山区最大的山谷冰川,最新一期观测资料表明,该条冰川2009年面积为21.03km2,冰储量为2.125km3,相比第一次冰川编目中1957年的冰川资料,面积缩小了4%,冰储量减少了8%。2008~2009年表面流速观测资料表明,老虎沟12号冰川2008 ~ 2009年间运动速度最大值出现在4750 ~ 4850m高度带:其中,东支最大流速为32.4 m·a-1,出现在4770m附近,西支最大流速达32.6 m·a-1,出现在4830m附近;2008年6 ~ 8月夏季表面流速资料显示出4800m高度附近是冰川运动最快的区域,此外汇合口处由于受到东、西两支冰体挤压,也出现一个流速大值区域;就季节变化而言,老虎沟12号冰川夏季运动速度最大,高出年平均速度38%左右,汇合口以下秋冬季节表面运动速度明显低于夏季,流速最大减缓75%左右;相比1959年观测结果,该条冰川运动速度减缓11%左右,呈现出减缓趋势。整个祁连山区东段与西段冰川运动速度较高,中段冰川运动速度较为缓慢,这是因为东段降水较多,气温较高,使得冰川运动速度较快,而西段多发育大型山谷冰川,造成运动速度较快。老虎沟12号冰川运动速度有减缓的趋势,表明冰体减薄明显。\n 近50a来,祁连山老虎沟12号冰川一直处于退缩状态。20世纪50年代后期至20世纪70年代后期,老虎沟12号冰川退缩呈现出减缓的趋势,20世纪80年代曾经经历了一个短暂的稳定时期,近20a来该条冰川退缩又有所加剧。祁连山区各重点监测的冰川也处于退缩状态,退缩幅度从东向西依次减小。
英文摘要Glacier is a product of climate, response climate change sensitively. Glacier also is important water source, that is called the natural solid reservoir. Qilian Mountain is located in deep arid region of northwest china, in this area carries large numbers of glaciers, those glaciers became an important source of life to oasis in Hexi area naturally, therefore, study of glacier change and movement features in this area is very far-reaching and significance. Laohugou Glacier No.12 is the largest valley glacier in Qilian mountain, the last observation data shows this glacier's area is 21.03km3, glacier volume is 2.125km3, compare with the data which is the first Chinese glacier inventory in 1957, the glacier area has decreased 4%, and the glacier volume has decreased 8%. The surface velocity observation data shows that in 2008~2009, the fast velocity is appeared at 4770~4800m altitude, the velocity of east branch is reached 32.4m·a-1, appeared at near 4770m altitude, the velocity of west branch is reached 32.6m·a-1, appeared at near 4830m altitude. The summery observation data shows, the area which is near 4800m altitude is the fastest part of the glacier. In summer the surface velocity is faster than other season, it can higher than annual average about 38%. Compare with the observation data in 1959, this glacier's velocity was slowed down about 11%. In Qilian mountain, in east part there has more precipitation and higher temperature and west part has more large valley glaciers, so glaciers in east and west part velocity is faster than middle part. The velocity of Laohugou Glacier No.12 has the trend which is slowing down, shows the glacier is thining.\n In passed 50 years, the Laohugou Glacier No.12 is still retreat, 1950s~1970s, the glacier's retreat is slow down, in 1980s glacier retreat nearly stoped, in last 20 years, glacier retreat is increased. The glaciers which are the focus of monitoring in Qilian Mountain are retreat too, the rate of retreat is decreased from east to west.
