| 中文摘要 | 乌鲁木齐地处西北干旱区，城市发展具有典型的绿洲经济特征。城市规模的扩大产生了一系列的环境问题，诸如大气污染、水资源匾乏和城市垃圾等，这些环境问题严重地制约着城市未来的发展。但是环境的恶化并不完全是城市发展带来的后果，它是多种因素共同作用的结果。本文主要从土地利用的变化、大气环境变化和水环境的变化，探讨城市发展与环境之间的关系，主要内容如下：第一章介绍了有关城市发展的理论，环境问题产生的根本原因，以及国内外对城市发展和环境问题的研究进展，指出本文研究的意义。第二章主要简述了乌鲁木齐50多年来城市发展的概况，同时探讨了乌鲁木齐城市的环境特点以及主要的环境问题，并对乌鲁木齐城市的环境质量现状作了简单的评述。第三章是本文的重要部分，定量地分析了城市发展对环境的影响。根据多年的统计数据以及相应的环境数据，从土地利用的变化、大气环境质量和水环境质量的变化三方面进行研究，同时探讨了城市产业结构及其变化对环境的影响。第四章从环境的角度分析了乌鲁木齐环境对城市发展的制约作用，从环境对城市规模、城市空间扩展形态以及城市产业布局等三个方面进行详细的研究，以定性描述为主。第五章通过协调度和协调发展度对乌鲁木齐主要年份环境与经济的协调程度进行评价，得到乌鲁木齐城市与环境之间相互影响的发展过程。第六章根据前面的研究分析结果，提出乌鲁木齐城市与环境协调发展的对策和措施。 |
| 英文摘要 | The environment of human being is a big complicated system, and with the enlarging of urban dimensions, there are a series of urban problems under the interaction of economy, population and city. By means of population increasing, economy development, resources consuming and land expansion, urbanization has brought eco-environment intimidate effect; in the other hand, eco-environment will be restrict urban development by environment choice, population abjection, capital contention and policy intervention. It can be said that the relationship between urban development and eco-environment is interacted and coupling, Urmuqi, of which the urban development is characterized by oasis economy, is located in the arid area of northwest China. Its development has brought a series of environmental problems, such as air pollution, went short of water resource and city waste. These environmental problems have seriously restricted the urban development in the future. However, the environmental depravation is not induced only by urban development, but by multivariate factors and their interaction. Based on of changes of land use, air and water conditions, the relationship between the urban development and environment of the city is discussed in the present paper. The main contents are as following: Chapter one: concerned theories of urban development, and the ultimate reason producing environmental problems are introduced. The advances of the study on urban development and environment problems are summarized. According to that, the meaning of the paper is pointed out Chapter two: The history of Urmuqi urban development over the past 50 years is described, and in the meantime, the characteristics of the urban environment and the main environmental problems of the city are discussed Then the evaluation on the environment quality of Urmuqi is made. Chapter three: Based on the economic statistic data and the concerned environment data in a long period, the impact of urban development on environment is quantified considering from the aspects of land use change, air and water conditions. Meanwhile, the effect of industry structure and its change on environment is discussed. Chapter four: The limiting effect of the environment on the urban development is qualitatively analyzed from the aspects of urban dimensions, expansion shape of urban space and urban industry distribution. Chapter five: Harmony degree and harmony development degree are used to evaluate the harmony between environment and economy. With the indices, the interaction between economy and environment of Urmuqi is showed. Chapter six: Based on the analysis in the front, the policy of urban development and environment harmony is suggested. |
