中文摘要土地利用/土地覆被变化(LUCC)研究是目前全球变化研究的前沿课题,论文立题扩定位于宁南山区土地利用/土地覆被变化及其管理信息系统研究,上黄试区数据来源于不同时期总结报告及2004年采用参与性农村评估方法(ParticipatoryRuralAPpraisal,PRA)对该试区土地利用及社会经济进行全方位的调查。在地理信息系统的帮助下,分析该试区20多年来上黄试区土地利用/土地覆被变化情况,接合遥感正摄影像分析其景观格局动态变化,在此基础上对该试区生态经济治理过程进行了评价,并对该试区土地利用/土地覆被变化发展趋势进行预测。论文还对土地利用/土地覆被变化中有关尺度及尺度转换问题进行了初步的研究。同时为满足黄土高原小流域信息化管理的需要,论文采用组件式Gls结合可视化软件开发了WLUCCMS管理信息系统。论文主要研究结论整理如下:1从宁南山区的地形地貌及气候特征来看,该地区农业生产方式应以农牧结合为主。从地形地貌来看,这一地区属于山地丘陵区,不适宜于大规模地放牧;而气候特征决定这一地区不能大力发展农耕,因这一地区属于半干旱区,发展农耕受水资源限制。因此这一地区农业以农牧结合最为适宜。2自清代以来,宁南山区由于人口的快速增长及农业生产力水平低下等原因,当地人们在生存压力下,掠夺式开发土地资源,造成宁南山区生态环境急剧恶化。农业人口的转移是解决这一地区生态问题的关键,根据世界各国\
英文摘要Land Use/Land Cover Change is becoming the international research frontier. The topic of this dissertation is Study on Land Use/Land Cover Change and Development of LUCC Management Information System in Mountainous Region of South NingXia, The data come form sum-up reporting of different periods and Participatory Rural Appraisal, PRA) in 2004 year of this experimental area. This dissertation, with the help of GIS, RS and GPS, analyzes the dynamic change of Land Use/Land Cover Change and the landscape. At the same time, the dissertation assesses the Eco-economical benefit and forecasts the trends of LUCC. This dissertation primarily studies the problems of scale and scaling of LUCC. In order to meet the demand of information management of small watershed to Loess Plateau, Based on component GIS and visual soft, this dissertation develops the management information system. The results of study in this experimental area as follows: (1)\tAs for the characters of terrain, physiognomy and climate, Farming combining with stockbreeding is the principal part mode of agriculture development in Mountainous Region of South NingXia. It is mountainous region, so it can not browse on a large scale. While for the semi-arid region, it can not develop cultivation in a big way. So the development mode of agriculture should be Farming combining with stockbreeding. (2)\tForm the Qing dynasty to nowadays, becausing of the rapid increase of population and the low agro-productivity level, the local people, under the press of survive, reclaim the land resource at will, which deteriorate the local environment rapidly. It is the key measure to deal with the problem of environment to transfer the local agricultural population. According to the developmental rule of agricultural population of other counties in the world, agricultural industrialization and urbanization are the key measures to resolve the problem of eco-environment. (3) The mode of LUCC was summarized by research work after twenties years regulating the agricultural structure, which are wasteland should virescence, slow slope cultivated land should change to terrace, and the plain land should be intensive cultivation. Under the direction of LUCC, 200.8hm2 cultivated land were changed to woodland and grassplot, 31.59hm2 slow-slop cultivated land change to terrace, and the per-increase ratio of orchard area is 111.46 percent during the study period. The practices show that the mode of LUCC is very evident to the improvement of eco-environment and the economic development in ShangHuang experimental area, under the push of policy, the mode of LUCC is spreading to other place in mountainous region of south NingXia. (4)\tAccording to the economics theory, the competitive mode of land use, and the character of LUCC, the dissertation forests the trends of 1UCC in ShangHuang experimental area, the results show that the main change types of LUCC are the intensive land in the future, the high suitable cultivated land and the orchard are the focus of LUCC. (5)\tThe information system of WLUCCMS(Watershed Land Use/Land Cover Change Management System), a kind of integrated secondary development, utilizes the control of MapObjects and with the visible soft (VB), the information system integrates the data of LUCC, the system of WLUCCMS adopts the structure of module, which include modules of multimedia, network, management of image and vector-graph and special topic map, which is a foundation for information management to small watershed.
