| 中文摘要 | 生态旅游规划关系到生态旅游业能否健康、持续地发展，是生态旅游研究的焦点之一。论文在综合评述国内外生态旅游及其规划研究的基础上，结合生态旅游理念，着眼于区域尺度，提出了生态旅游规划的理论与方法体系，并以江西省为案例进行实证研究。主要研究内容如下：1、构建了包括定义、类型、目标、特征、原则、要求和程序等方面内容的生态旅游规划的理论框架，提出生态旅游规划的理论基础主要有生态伦理学、景观生态学、可持续发展理论等；2、对生态旅游规划的基础性调查评价进行了详细论述，这些基础性调查评价包括生态旅游资源调查与评价、生态旅游环境调查与评价和生态旅游市场调查与预测；3、提出了生态旅游产品规划的原则与思路，针对不同生态系统类型的特点，分析了森林、草原、湿地、荒漠、海洋、农业等生态旅游产品的开发思路，并对生态旅游产品时空结构的确定、生态旅游示范区的规划进行了讨论；4、生态旅游环境保护规划是生态旅游规划的重要内容，论文在概述生态旅游环境保护规划的定义、作用、目的、原则与步骤的基础上，重点对生态旅游环境影响评价、生态环境容量与绿色技术的应用进行了探讨；5、为保证生态旅游规划的顺利实施，论文从加强行业管理、建立有效的社区参与机制、人力资源建设、资金筹措、科技兴旅、法规建设、重视规划实施监督等方面进行了阐述。6、系统进行江西省生态旅游开发规划的案例研究，论文在分析江西省发展生态旅游的资源背景与意义的基础上，提出了该省的生态旅游发展战略框架、主要生态旅游产品类型，并对筛选出来的生态旅游示范区进行了可行性分析。 |
| 英文摘要 | Ecotourism has been focusing on planning of ecotourism, because it is important for sustainable development of ecotourism industry. According to ecotourism\nprinciple, theories and methods of ecotourism planning were provided in this thesis. To examine the effect of theories and methods, the dissertation presents a case study\nof Jiangxi provincial ecotourism. The main contents can be summarized as follows: 1. The paper established the theoretical systems for ecotourism planning, including definition, types, goal, characteristics, principles and procedures. And the paper provided that ecological ethics, landscape ecology and sustainable theory were the main basic theories for ecotourism planning. 2.The investigated and evaluated methods of ecotourism resources and environment, forecasting means of ecotourism market were discussed in detailed in this paper.3.The principle and method of ecotourism product planning were provided in this paper, including different ecosystem types, such as forest ecosystem, grassland ecosystem, wetland ecosystem, desert ecosystem, marine ecosystem, agricultural ecosystem. In addition, the timing and spatial structure of ecotourism product, planning of ecotourism demonstrated area were also discussed in the paper. 4.Based on the introduction of definition, role, goal, principle and steps for protected planning of ecotourism environment, the thesis mainly discussed the application of environment impact assessment, environment capacity control, and green techniques. 5.To ensure the effective implementation of planning, the measures of ecotourism industry management, community involvement, human resource construction, capital arrangement, scientific and technical application, making laws and regulations were expounded in this thesis. 6.\tThe ecotourism planning of Jiangxi province was systematically studied in the paper. Based on the physical geography, society, economic, history and ecotourism\nresource, this paper analyzed the development strategy of ecotourism, main ecotourism product types, feasibility study of ecotourism demonstrated area. |
