| 英文摘要 | This monograph analyzes the efficiency of the Army’s doctrine regarding the management and distribution of repair parts and the impact it had on equipment readiness during Operations Iraq Freedom. The monograph argues that in order for the United States Army to improve equipment readiness there must be doctrinal changes in repair parts operations to improve receipt processing time, requisition wait time, asset visibility and the referral process. After a through investigation the monograph shows that ineffective repair part operations negatively impacted equipment readiness during both Desert Shield and Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom. |
