| 英文摘要 | The first phase of the workshop was an attempt to prioritize the impact parameters and establish some form of research program to evaluate these impacts. The second phase was to establish priority research and program needs for monitoring the impacts of the planned Solar Thermal Power System to be constructed near Barstow, California. This monitoring and research program is to be designed to be applicable to other proposed solar powered systems and should include impacts of all phases of construction, operation, and maintenance.
