| 英文摘要 | In this qualitative study the methods of organic inquiry and alchemical hermeneutics were used to explore the urge from the collective unconscious that is being expressed by the reemergence of the archetypal divine feminine, the Goddess, in our time. The archetypal dimensions of imagery in artwork in which symbols of the archetypal divine feminine appeared were explored in order to gain a better understanding of what this aspect of the collective unconscious holds for the consciousness of humanity. The artwork used in the study was chosen from artwork being created by individuals engaged in art therapy treatment with the researcher. Fourteen works of art created by seven different women were explored. Exploration of the imagery in the artwork brought to light the fact that the reemergence of the archetypal divine feminine brings with it the potential for a profound transformation in human consciousness. For Western culture to embrace this archetypal energy as it pushes forward from the collective unconscious is to develop a new story of our reality, one that involves radical shifts in how we view the earth, each other, and ourselves. This rising impulse in the collective psyche has the potential to transform our systems of education, politics, economics, and society in general. This study revealed that the repression of the archetypal divine feminine and the feminine principle leads to an imbalance within the psyche of the individual as well as the psyche of humanity; an imbalance that can lead to feelings of emptiness, dissatisfaction with life, and depression. Gaining an understanding of what the eruption of the archetypal divine feminine out of the collective unconscious means for the individual as well as the collective allows therapist and client to recognize, honor, address, and foster the development of the archetypal divine feminine as it emerges from the collective unconscious through the personal in the therapeutic work. This leads not only to personal growth, but also to the facilitation of the continued evolution of consciousness and of the archetypal psyche. |
