西北寒旱地区铁路绿色施工等级评价研究

中文摘要基于我国西北寒旱地区生态环境脆弱,且铁路工程施工阶段资源消耗多、环境污染严重的现状,首先,从 四节一环保5个方面建立了西北寒旱地区铁路绿色施工等级评价的指标体系。其次,基于层次分析法和熵权法分别计算了各个评价指标的主、客观权重,并对其进行加权平均,确定了各评价指标的最终权重。运用灰色聚类法评定其绿色施工等级,运用雷达图分析法实现各评价指标的相对优劣分析。最后,选取兰新高速铁路施工项目为例对其绿色施工效果进行了评价。通过与工程项目实际施工中所采取的绿色施工措施进行对比分析,对评价模型的有效性和适用性进行了验证。
英文摘要Implementation of green construction in northwest China is urgent given the fragile ecological environment in northwest China characterized by cold and drought,and significant resource consumption and serious environmental pollution during the railway construction.Firstly,the evaluation index system was modeled from five aspects including four saving methods and one environmental protection method for the green railway construction in the regions.Secondly,analytical hierarchy process(AHP)and the entropy weight(EW)were employed to calculate the subjective and objective weights of each evaluation indicator,and the final weights of each evaluation indicator were determined by weighted average.Furthermore,the green construction grade was evaluated by Gray-cluster method,and relative advantages and disadvantages were analyzed by the radar chart. Finally,the high speed railway construction project of Lanzhou to Urumqi was discussed by the proposed model as an example for the green railway construction grade evaluation of the regions,which verified the effectiveness and applicability of the model.
