中文摘要盐渍化导致土壤中养分流失、土壤结构被破坏,是阻碍新疆绿洲农业向前发展的一个主要原因。本研究采用田间试验和室内分析相结合的方法,研究棉粕对不同类型盐渍化(NaCl盐渍化、Na_2CO_3盐渍化)土壤团聚体碳氮含量的影响,并通过测定土壤中各粒级团聚体中碳氮含量探究其变化。结果表明:小粒级团聚体(<0.25 mm、0.25~2.00 mm)中有机碳含量高于大粒级(2.01~5.00 mm)团聚体中碳含量,全氮含量则相反。两种盐渍化土壤施入棉粕后可以减少2.01~5.00 mm大粒级团聚体比例,增加小粒级团聚体比例,不同含量氯化钠盐渍化+棉粕处理的土壤团聚体中碳氮含量增加幅度大于不同含量碳酸钠盐渍化+棉粕处理,小粒级团聚体中有机碳含量和大粒级团聚体中全氮含量是影响盐渍化壤养分的主要因子。
英文摘要Salinization leads to loss of nutrients in soil and destruction of soil structure, which is one of the main reasons hindering the development of oasis agriculture in Xinjiang. In this study, the combination of field experiment and laboratory analysis was used to study the effects of cottonseed meal on carbon and nitrogen contents in different types of salt-affected soil aggregates (NaCl salinization and Na_2CO_3 salinization), and to explore the changes of carbon and nitrogen contents in soil aggregates with different size. The results showed that the content of organic carbon in small size aggregates (<0.25 mm, 0.25-2.00 mm) was higher than that in large size aggregates (2.01-5.00 mm), while the content of total nitrogen was opposite. The application of cottonseed meal in two salinized soils could reduce the proportion of large-sized aggregates of 2.01-5.00 mm and increase the proportion of small-sized aggregates. The increase of carbon and nitrogen contents in soil aggregates treated with different content of sodium chloride salinization and cottonseed meal was greater than that treated with different content of sodium carbonate salinization and cottonseed meal. The content of organic carbon in small-sized aggregates and the total nitrogen content in large-sized aggregates are the main factors affecting the nutrients in saline soils.
