沙漠区横向隆起路面力学响应数值分析

中文摘要阿拉善沙漠区沥青混凝土路面因路基硫酸盐盐渍化发生横向隆起病害。根据病害实体特征,利用Abaqus软件建立了路面横向隆起病害3D模型,分析了路面结构层厚度、弹性模量、路基盐胀作用等影响因素下路面结构的力学响应规律,路面结构受力对上述影响因素的参数敏感性及各因素共同作用下路面结构受力的最优及最不利组合。结果表明:路面隆起段中间位置出现最大拉应力和压力,在盐胀作用区域出现较大的应力分布;路面结构力学响应因素中,面层厚度、面层和基层弹性模量对路面隆起病害实体的受力影响显然弱于基层厚度对隆起结构受力的影响;隆起病害实体受力主要受控于基层厚度;面层应力普遍小于基层应力,在面层和基层抗拉强度比较接近的条件下,路基盐胀作用首先导致基层拉裂破坏,然后再发生面层拉裂破坏,即基层要先于面层发生拉裂破坏;基层、面层较厚的路面结构,基层受到的拉应力较小,不易产生基层的拉裂破坏,而基层、面层较薄的路面结构,基层受到的拉应力较大,易于产生基层的拉裂破坏。为了防止沙漠区沥青混凝土路面盐胀引起横向隆起病害,可通过设计优化,科学合理地选择路面结构厚度和模量,有效降低横向隆起引起各结构层的拉应力,避免路面结构进一步引发其他病害。
英文摘要The transverse uplift disease of asphalt concrete pavement in Alxa desert area is generated due to the salination of subgrade caused by sulphate. According to the disease entity characteristics,a 3D model of transverse uplift disease of pavement is set up by using Abaqus software. The mechanical response rule of pavement structure under the influencing factors of pavement structure layer thickness,elastic modulus,salt heaving action of subgrade is analyzed. The parameter sensitivity of pavement structure stress correspond to these influencing factors,the optimal and the most disadvantageous combinations of pavement structure stresses under the action of various influencing factors are analyzed. The result shows that (1) The maximum tensile stress and pressure appear in the middle of the pavement uplift section,and larger stress distributes in the salt heaving area. (2) In the mechanical response factors of pavement structure,the influences of the surface layer thickness,elastic moduli of surface layer and base layer on the pavement uplift disease entity are obviously weaker than that of base layer thickness. (3) The stress of uplift disease entity is mainly controlled by base layer thickness. (4) The surface stress is generally less than the base stress. Under the situation that the base tensile strength and surface tensile strength are approximate,the salt heaving of subgrade firstly leads to the tensile failure of the base,then the surface,i. e.,the tensile failure of the base precedes the surface. (5) The base tensile stress of pavement structure with thicker base and surface thicknesses is less,and it is not easily to occur tensile failure of the base,while the base tensile stress of pavement structure with thinner base and surface thicknesses is higher,and it is easily to occur tensile failure of the base. In order to prevent the salt heaving of asphalt concrete pavement from causing lateral uplift in desert area,the thickness and modulus of pavement structure can be selected scientifically and rationally through design optimization,which can effectively reduce the tensile stress of each structural layer caused by lateral uplift and avoid further causing other diseases of pavement structure.
