中文摘要 | 本研究重点围绕聚合抗旱强筋优质高产广适的育种目标,以广适性优质晋麦79号’为母本,以抗旱抗冻优质F14005为父本进行杂交,以期实现性状互补,优质基因累积。采用系谱杂交育种法,通过水旱地交替选择,异地生态抗逆鉴定、分子标记辅助选择育种等手段选育而成小麦新品种晋麦101号’。分子遗传试验鉴定结果表明:该品种含有8个抗旱节水相关基因和10个与水分高效利用紧密连锁的标记。2015年、 2016年在山西省南部旱地区域试验中,2年区试平均产量5 260.5 kg/hm~2,比对照品种晋麦47号’增产8.7%;2017年参加山西省南部旱地生产试验中,平均产量4 822.5 kg/hm~2,比对照晋麦47号’增产8.0%,株高82~92 cm左右,穗长7.3 cm左右,千粒重36.8 g,生育期234~236 d,容重778 g/L、粗蛋白15.52%、湿面筋31.85%、稳定时间10.0 min,是近年来中国黄淮旱地难得的强筋型优质抗旱品种。2017年通过山西省农作物品种审定委员会审定(审定编号:晋审麦20170003号),该品种具有品质优、产量高、稳产性好、抗旱抗逆性强、适应性广等特点,适宜山西省南部和宁夏旱塬等北部旱地麦区引种种植。 |
英文摘要 | Focusing on the breeding objective of polymerization, drought resistance, strong gluten, high quality, high yield and wide adaptability, this study used ’Jinmai79’ with wide adaptability and high quality as female parent and high quality F14005 with drought and cold resistance as male parent in order to achieve complementary traits and accumulation of high quality genes. ’Jinmai101’, a new wheat variety, was bred by pedigree cross breeding, alternate selection in dry and flood land, identification of ecological stress resistance in different places, and molecular marker assisted selection breeding. The results of molecular genetic test showed that the cultivar contained 8 drought-resistant and water-saving genes and 10 markers closely linked to water use efficiency. In 2015 and 2016, in the regional test of dry land in southern Shanxi Province, the average yield in the two-year trial was 5 260.5 kg/hm~2, which increased 8.7% over that of the control variety ’Jinmai47’. In southern Shanxi Province dryland production test in 2017, the average yield was 4 822.5 kg/hm~2, which increased by 8.0% compared with ’Jinmai47’. The plant height was 82~92 cm, the ear length was 7.3 cm, thousand-kern-weight was 36.8 g, growth period was 234~236 d, volume weight was 778 g/L, the proportion of crude protein was 15.52%, wet gluten was 31.85%, and the stable time was 10.0 min, which was a rare strong gluten quality and high drought resistant varieties in China’s Huang-Huai arid land in recent years. In 2017, it passed the examination and approval of Shanxi Provincial Crop Variety Certification Committee (approval number: Jin-approval-wheat 20170003). This variety has the characteristics of good quality, high yield, good stability, strong drought and stress resistance as well as wide adaptability, which is suitable for the introduction and planting in the arid land wheat areas of southern Shanxi and northern Ningxia. |
