中文摘要 | 为探究秸秆带状覆盖栽培下旱地小麦增产的抗性生理的特征,以陇中2号为材料在甘肃省定西市通渭县半干旱雨养生态区进行冬小麦种植,比较了秸秆带状覆盖栽培(bundled straw covering cultivation, BS)、地膜覆盖栽培(plastic film mulching cultivation, PF)、无覆盖露地栽培(cultivation without cover, CK)三种栽培模式下冬小麦花后旗叶抗氧化酶活性、渗透调节物质和膜脂过氧化物含量、产量及其构成要素的差异。结果表明:BS较PF和CK处理,分别显著提高了超氧化物歧化酶活性22.33%和9.79%,过氧化物酶活性32.69%和7.89%,过氧化氢酶活性10.57%和9.59%,抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性86.69%和72.12%,增强消除超氧阴离子和过氧化氢的能力,维持了较高的渗透势,减轻膜脂过氧化21.01%和6.92%,维持生物膜功能,提高小麦耐旱性。BS处理显著增加单位面积穗数,提高了产量,且旗叶可溶性总糖(WSC)含量与产量间呈现高度关联。秸秆带状覆盖对改善旱地小麦花后旗叶抗氧化性能和产量具有显著效果,从而为该技术在西北旱区的推广和应用提供了理论依据和技术支撑。 |
英文摘要 | In order to explore the resistance physiological characteristics of wheat yield under bundled straw covering cultivation, the winter wheat Longzhong2 was chosen as the material and planted in the semiarid rain-fed ecological region of Tongwei county, Dingxi city, Gansu province. Differences of antioxidant enzyme activity, osmotic regulators and membrane lipid peroxides content, yield and components in flag leaves of winter wheat after anthesis under three cultivation models (bundled straw covering cultivation (BS), plastic film mulching cultivation (PF), cultivation without cover (CK)) were compared. The results showed that the BS enhanced the activity of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, POD, CAT, APX) by 22.33% and 9.79%, 32.69% and 7.89%, 10.57% and 9.59%, 86.69% and 72.12%, respectively, compared with PF and CK. The BS significantly eliminated O_2-and H_2O_2 and maintained a higher osmotic potential. The membrane lipid peroxidation was alleviated by 21.01% and 6.92% compared with PF and CK, which well protected cell membrane stability and improved drought tolerance in winter wheat. In addition, the BS treatment significantly increased spike numbers per unit area and grain yield, in which the water solu ble carbohydrates (WSC) content of flag leaf had a higher relational grades with grain yield. There-fore, the BS had a positive effect on the improvements of anti-oxidation ability of flag leaf at the post-anthesis and grain yield in dryland winter wheat. This study could provide theoretical basis and technical support for the promotion and application of the technology in the arid regions of Northwest China. |
