中文摘要	采用改进的QuEChERs方法,结合气相色谱质谱联用,建立了烟用接装纸中18种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)和7种多氯联苯(PCBs)同时测定的方法。样品先用水浸泡,再加入乙腈/正己烷/乙酸乙酯溶液(4:3:4,V/V/V)提取,加盐(4g MgSO_4和1.0 g NaCl)除水后,采用dSPE(50 mg PSA,50 mg C_(18),150 mg MgSO_4)初步净化,最后采用Oasis PRiME HLB柱二次净化,净化后溶液采用DB-5MS UI柱(30 m*0.25 mm,i.d.,0.25 mum)进行分离,内标法定量。25种成分的加标回收率在87.6%~103.7%;RSD< 8%,相关系数R~2> 0.995。本方法适用于烟用接装纸中PAEs和PCBs的同时测定,是一种高通量测试方法。
英文摘要	A modified QuEChERs method combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) for the simultaneous analysis of 18 phthalate esters (PAEs)and 7 polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) in tipping paper for cigarette was estabilished. Soaked by water,the mixture of acetonitrile/hexane/ethyl acetate (4:3:4, V/V/V)was employed as extraction solvent. After salting out by shaking with 4 g anhydrous magnesium sulfate and 1 g sodium chloride,the extract was vortexed with 50 mg primary secondary amine sorbent,50 mg C_(18) and 150 mg anhydrous magnesium sulfate sorbent. The furthermore clean-up was conducted with a new SPE cartridge of Oasis PRiME HLB. The extract was separated on DB-5MS UI column(30 m*0.25 mm,i.d.,0.25 mum) and quantified by internal standard method. The recoveries ranged from 87.6% to 103.7% and the correlation coefficient (R~2)was larger than 0.995,with RSD < 8%. The method is high-throughput and suitable for the simultaneous determination of PAEs and PCBs.
