中文摘要 | 为了探究荒漠植物对干旱胁迫的生理生态响应,特别是其叶片在长期缺水条件下的水分利用策略,以塔里木河下游荒漠河岸林建群树种胡杨(Populus euphratica Oliv.)为研究对象,测定了不同水分梯度(离河道距离)胡杨叶片总含水量(TWC)、干质量含水量(DWWC)、干物质质量分数(LDMC)、比叶面积(SLA)、叶片厚度(LT)、叶面积(AR)等叶片性状指标,分析其种内性状分化特征,各性状之间、性状与距河道距离之间的关系。结果表明:胡杨叶片性状值的变异范围为7.05%~ 39.00%,其中TWC最少(7.05%)、AR最大(39.00%),表现出较小的种内分化特征; SLA与LDMC和LT分别呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)和显著负相关(P<0.05),与TWC呈极显著正相关(P<0.01); LDMC与DWWC呈极显著负相关(P<0.01); TWC与LDMC呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与DWWC呈极显著正相关(P<0.01); SLA、 LDMC、LT、TWC、DWWC可以作为反映胡杨适应干旱胁迫的关键叶片性状指标,随着距河道距离的增加胡杨LT增厚, LDMC增加,AR、TWC、DWWC均减少。这反映了荒漠植物为适应干旱水分胁迫而形成的保水对策。 |
英文摘要 | The experiment was conducted to study the eco-physiological response of desert plant to drought stress,and the water use strategy of their leaves under long term water shortage conditions. Populus euphratica Oliv. in the lower reaches of the Tarim river was selected as the research object,and the leaf traits such as total water content (TWC),dry weight water content (DWWC),leaf dry matter content (LDMC),specific leaf area (SLA),leaf thickness (LT),leaf area (AR) of P. euphratica were measured for different water gradients (distances from the river) and characteristics of intraspecific trait differentiation, the relationship between leaf traits as well as leaf traits and distance from the river. The variation range of leaf traits value of P. euphratica was 7. 05%- 39. 00%,among which TWC was the least (7. 05%) and AR was the largest (39.00%),showing less intraspecific differentiation characteristics. SLA was significantly negatively correlated with LDMC (p<0.01),and negatively correlated with LT (p<0.05),while significantly positively correlated with TWC (p<0.01) . LDMC was negatively correlated with DWWC (p<0.01) . TWC was negatively correlated with LDMC (p<0.01),while significantly positively correlated with DWWC (p<0.01) . SLA,LDMC,LT,TWC and DWWC can be the key leaf trait indicators to reflect the adaptation of P. euphratica to drought stress. As the distance from the river increases,the LT of the P. euphratica thickness and the LDMC increase,but the AR,TWC,and DWWC decrease. This indicates the adaption strategy of P. euphratica to drought condition. |
