中文摘要	[目的]生态文明建设是一项涉及经济、政治、文化、社会、生态的系统工程。土地生态是生态文明建设重要组成部分,土地生态安全是一项系统工程、生态系统安全研究的重要组成,对其研究有利于提高区域土地资源利用效率,实现土地可持续利用,为区域生态文明建设提供土地保障。[方法]文章以塔城市为研究区,基于生态文明视角从自然、经济和社会3方面构建土地生态安全影响因素,通过定性与定量相结合的分析方法,揭示2009 ~ 2014年塔城市绿洲土地生态安全影响主要因素。[结果]塔城市土地生态安全主导影响因素为农业机械总动力、耕地面积、牧草地面积、农药施用量、林地面积、第一产业产值、第三产业产值、化肥施用量等因子。[结论]构建区域土地生态安全管控机制,包括绿色经济发展机制,土地资源三位一体保护机制和科学土地资源生态安全评价监管机制。有利于提高土地利用率,实现区域土地资源可持续利用,为实现区域土地可持续利用提供保护措施、科学利用土地奠定基础。
英文摘要	The construction of ecological civilization is a systematic project involving economy,politics,culture,society and ecology.Land ecosystem is the important part of ecological civilization construction,which can improve the utilization efficiency of regional land resources,realize the sustainable utilization of land,land security for regional ecological civilization construction.Taking Tacheng city as research area,this paper analyzed the factors affecting building land ecological security from three aspects such as natural,economic,and social based on the ecological civilization view.Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method,it revealed the main factors on land ecological security in 2009 ~ 2014.The results showed that the main influencing factors of land ecological security in Tacheng were the total power of agricultural machinery,the area of cultivated land,the area of pasture,the amount of pesticide application,the area of forest land,the output value of primary industry,the output value of tertiary industry and the application rate of chemical fertilizer.The construction of ecological security of regional land:green economy development mechanism,land resources " three-in-one" protection mechanism,scientific evaluation of land resources ecological security supervision mechanism can improve land utilization and realize the sustainable utilization of regional land resources.
