以环境质量改善为目标的贵安新区生态安全格局构建虚拟

中文摘要以贵安新区为例,将水环境安全格局与大气环境安全格局纳入城市综合生态安全格局的评价框架;将GIS空间分析技术、 ArcSWAT模型、WRF-Chem空气质量模型等进行耦合,对水环境、大气环境、石漠化、生物多样性、自然人文环境以及基本农田等在内的6项生态安全格局因子进行分析;将贵安新区生态安全格局划分为底线、满意和理想3个不同等级,并在此基础上对贵安新区城市扩展方案进行模拟.结果表明,贵安新区底线级生态安全格局面积为215.6km~2,满意级生态安全格局面积为473.9km~2,理想级生态安全格局面积为828.4km~2,分别占贵安新区总面积的11.3%, 24.9%和43.6%.生态宜居的城市建设用地面积为179.8km~2,生态经济均衡发展模式下城市建设用地面积为708.9km~2,经济优先发展模式下城市建设用地面积为1288.9km~2,分别占贵安新区总面积的9.5%,37.3%和67.8%.综合生态安全格局的划定可作为一种有力的空间管控手段,以实现城市生态环境保护与宜居城镇的和谐发展.
英文摘要The consequent loss and degradation of urban and peri-urban green space could adversely affect ecosystems as well as human health and well-being. Construction of a optimized ecological security pattern is an efficient way to improve the green space and maintain the human health. In this paper, the comprehensive ecological security patterns have been evaluated which can be served as a optimal spatial framework for the protection of the water and air quality in the Gui’an New Area. The comprehensive ecological secuity patterns were constructed by the water environmental security pattern, atmospheric environment security pattern, stony desertification protection security pattern, biodiversity protection security pattern, basic farmland protection security pattern and the natural human environment protection security pattern. The GIS spatial analysis technology, ArcSWAT model and WRF-Chem model were integrated and served as a new methodlogy system to simulate the each of six sub-patterns that mentioned above. The results indicated that the areas for base line ecological security pattern, satisfied ecological security pattern and optimum ecological security pattern were 215.6km~2, 473.9km~2 and 828.4km~2, there are account for 11.3%, 24.9% and 43.6% of the total areas of Gui’an New Area, respectively, The areas of construction lands under the ecological residential, eco-development and economic priority patterns were 179.8km~2, 708.9km~2 and 1288.9km~2, there are account for 9.5%, 37.3%, 67.8% of the total areas of Gui’an New Area, respectively. It can be clearly seen that the comprehensive ecological security pattern of Gui’an New Area clarified the most sensitive area of the ecology and environment and the most important regions of the ecological functions. The comprehensive ecological security pattern can be used as a stronger spatial tools for improve of the urban environmental quality.
