宁夏东部荒漠草原不同植被恢复模式的土壤响应特征

中文摘要利用野外观测数据和室内测定分析方法对宁夏东部荒漠草原5种不同植被恢复模式(封育、补播沙打旺、补播黑沙蒿、柠条地以及补播苜蓿)下的土壤呼吸、水分、化学性质及微生物响应进行了研究。结果表明:不同植被恢复模式土壤呼吸强度范围为0.01~1.47CO_2g/m~2·h,苜蓿地、柠条地显著高于其他恢复措施草地(P<0.05);0~200cm土层土壤水分含量在9.22%~21.36%之间,柠条地、补播沙打旺草地显著高于其他恢复措施草地(P<0.05);0~100cm土层全氮在0.27~0.51g/kg之间,有机碳均值在1.64~2.44g/kg之间,均表现为苜蓿地高于其他恢复样地;在不同模式恢复下,苜蓿地细菌数量较其他恢复模式的增益显著(P<0.05),封育地的真菌数量较高(P<0.05);土壤呼吸与土壤水分、有机碳、全氮和土壤微生物均呈线性正相关,与土壤水分极显著相关(P<0.01),与有机碳显著相关(P<0.05)。
英文摘要The responses of soil respiration, soil moisture, soil organic matter,total nitrogen and microorganism to five different vegetation restoration models (enclosed, reseeded Astragalus adsurgens, Artemisia ordosica, Caragana and alfalfa) in the desert steppe of eastern Ningxia were studied. The results were as follows: The soil respiration intensity(SRI) of different vegetation restoration patterns was 0.01~1.47CO_2g/m~2·h, which showed the SRI of alfalfa land, Caragana land were higher than that of other models(P<0.05); water content(SWC) in 0~200cm soil varied from 9.22% to 21.36% significantly(P<0.05), which showed the SWC of Caragana land, reseeded Astragalus adsurgens grassland were higher. total nitrogen(TN), soil organic carbon(SOC) in 0~10cm soil ranged 0.27~0.51g/kg and 1.64~2.44g/kg respectively,the NT and SOC of Caragana land and alfalfa land were higher than that of the other recovery models,whereas the ratio of C/N in enclosed grassland were higher than that of the others models. The increase of bacteria in alfalfa land recovery was significantly greater than that of other recovery modes (P<0.05), whereas the number of fungi in soil of enclosed grassland was higher (P<0.05).Soil respiration was positively correlated with SWC (P<0.01), SOC(P<0.05), TN, and soil microrganisms activities.
