中文摘要 | 以古尔班通古特沙漠西部退化梭梭林为研究对象,野外取样调查和实验室检测分析相结合,探讨退化梭梭群落植物分布及多样性特征,并结合土壤理化性质分析引起梭梭群落退化的主要环境因素.结果显示:(1)退化梭梭群落共有6种多年生植物,其中梭梭在各样地均有分布,其分布频度达到60%以上的样地数占总样地数的80%.盐生假木贼在60%的样地中有分布,而柽柳、白刺、淡枝沙拐枣和翼果驼蹄瓣仅在个别样地有分布且分布频度较低.(2)退化梭梭群落Shannon-Wiener指数变化幅度为0-1.25,Simpson优势度指数大于0.5的样地数占总样地数的90%,而仅有9个样地的Pielou均匀度指数大于0.5.(3)相关分析表明梭梭群落盖度与0-40 cm土层中的有机质、电导率、氯离子(Cl~-)、土壤含水量有显著的正相关关系.(4)主成分分析发现0-40 cm土层的有机质、电导率、Cl~-含量、土壤含水量对群落物种多样性指数均产生显著的负作用,而40-80 cm土层的有机质、电导率、Cl~-含量、土壤含水量对群落物种多样性指数均产生显著的正作用.因此认为,古尔班通古特沙漠西部优势物种梭梭退化群落植物多样性简单,随着梭梭退化,表层土壤理化性质变劣,对群落中不同物种的种子萌发、幼苗建立产生影响,影响了植物分布和多样性组成,进而导致梭梭群落物种多样性的变化. |
英文摘要 | This study aimed to assess the distribution and diversity of plants in a degraded Haloxylon ammodendron community in the western Gurbantunggut Desert,China,as well as to analyze the main environmental factors responsible for H.ammodendron community degradation.The abundance,coverage,and frequency of plant species in the H.ammodendron community were investigated in 19 plots.Soil characteristics were tested in the laboratory.Six kinds of perennials were found in degenerated H.ammodendron communities.H.ammodendron was found in every plot,and its frequency was more than 60% in 80% of the plots.Anabasis salsa was found in 60% of the sampling sites.Tamarix chinensis,Nitraria tangutorum,Calligonum leucocladum,and Zygophyllum pterocarpum were found in a few sites at lower frequencies.The Shannon-Wiener index ranged from 0 to 1.25.Simpsons dominance index had values of more than 0.5 in 90% of the sites,and values of the Pielou index of 9 plots were less than 0.5.Correlation analysis showed that the coverage of the H.ammodendron community was significantly and positively correlated with soil organic matter,conductivity,Cl~-content,and water content in the 0-40 cm soil layer.Principal component analysis showed that soil organic matter,conductivity,Cl~-content,and water content in the 0-40 cm soil layer all had significant negative effects on species diversity.The soil organic matter,conductivity,Cl~-content,and water content of the 40-80 cm and 80-120 cm soil layers all had significant positive effects on species diversity.This study suggested that the species diversity of the H.ammodendron community is relatively simple (i.e.low).With the degeneration of the H.ammodendron community,the surface soil characteristics become worse,which affects the seed germination and seedling establishment of different species in the community,and as a result impacts the distribution,diversity,and composition of plant species in the western Gurbantunggut Desert. |
