中文摘要 | 为筛选适应陇中半干旱区抗逆稳产的春小麦品种,丰富品种资源,以’陇春27’为对照,在甘肃定西对引进的9个春小麦品种(系)进行品比试验,研究其区域适应性。结果表明,’甘春25’在籽粒产量和水分利用效率(WUE)方面表现最好,分别达到5 000.3 kg·hm~(-2)和13.15 kg·hm~(-2)·mm~(-1),较对照增产20.0%,WUE提高了17.5%;’04(4)-6-1’和’06(148)-2-1’抗倒伏性较强;’甘春25’’定西40’’陇春27’和’陇春35’等品种(系)在抗条锈病方面表现较好,平均严重度和普遍率分别为6.3%~9.6%和4.0%~12.0%。通过综合评价,筛选出综合性状表现优良、可推广应用的品种’甘春25’。此外,试验发现春小麦扬花期旗叶SPAD值与籽粒产量存在显著正相关关系,具有一定的应用价值。 |
英文摘要 | In order to breed spring wheat varieties with resistance and stable yield, and to enrich the variety resources in semi-arid region of central Gansu.Based on ’Longchun 27’, a comparative test of 9 introduced varieties was conducted in Dingxi for studying the regional adaptability of the varieties (lines). The results showed that ’Ganchun 25’ had the highest grain yield and water use efficiency of 5 000.3 kg·hm~(-2) and 13.15 kg·hm~(-2)·mm~(-1) respectively, the yield and water use efficiency increased by 20.0% and 17.5%, respectively, compared with the control varieties. ’04(4)-6-1’ and ’06(148)-2-1’ had the strongest lodging resistance. ’Ganchun 25’, ’Dingxi 40’,’Longchun 27’ and ’Longchun 35’ showed good resistance to stripe rust, the average severity and incidence were 6.3%-9.6% and 4.0%-12.0%, respectively. The comprehensive evaluation showed that ’Ganchun 25’ had excellent comprehensive characteristics, and it could be popularized and applied in the research area. In addition, we found that there was a significant positive correlation between SPAD value and grain yield at flowering stage in spring wheat varieties (lines), and it could be used as a reference for breeding high grain yield and water use efficiency varieties. |
