中文摘要为揭示宁夏荒漠草原区不同土地利用方式下丛枝菌根(AM)真菌分布规律,选取苜蓿、谷子、青贮玉米、小芦草、猪毛蒿典型样地,研究AM真菌多样性、分布特征及影响因素。结果表明:5种类型样地共鉴定出4属48种AM真菌,其中无梗囊霉属(Acaulospora)11种、球囊霉属(Glomus)33种、巨孢囊霉属(Gigaspora)和盾巨孢囊霉属(Scutellospora)各2种;球囊霉属(Glomus)为共有优势属。玉米样地土壤AM真菌种属数量最多,苜蓿、谷子、青贮玉米样地土壤AM真菌种的丰富度、均匀度及其多样性指数明显高于小芦草、猪毛蒿样地土壤。RDA分析表明:土壤有机质与AM真菌多样性指标均成正相关,而速效磷与AM真菌菌根侵染率呈显著负相关。AM真菌种群丰富度与以PLFA表征的土壤真菌、放线菌微生物生物量呈负相关。AM真菌丰富度、香农威纳指数和均匀度指数与土壤中多聚化合物有正相关关系。不同土地利用方式下,受土壤因子和土壤微生物结构与功能的影响,AM真菌多样性分布差异明显,AM真菌多样性受土壤因子、土壤微生物群落结构组成以及微生物功能多样性的综合制约。
英文摘要In order to reveal the distribution of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi under different land use patterns in the desert steppe region of Ningxia, five different types of sites including alfalfa, millet, siloage corn, small reed and artemisia scoparia were separately selected to study the distribution of AM fungi the diversity and the influencing factors. The results showed that 48 AM fungal species, belonging to four genera, were identified from the soil of different land use patterns. In the 48 taxa, 33 belonged to the Glomus, 11 to Acaulospora, 2 to Gigaspora, 2 to Scutellospora. Glomus was the dominant genus in the five sites. AM fungi in the corn field was the highest number of species. The richness, evenness and diversity index of soil AM fungi in alfalfa, millet and silage maize were significantly higher than the small reed and Artemisia scoparia. The richness, evenness and diversity index of AM fungi in alfalfa, millet and silage maize were significantly higher than those in the two original communities. Redundancy analysis(RDA) shows:soil organic matter and AM fungi diversity index under different land use patterns were positively correlated. The available phosphorus and the infection rate of AM fungi was significantly negatively correlated. The population abundance of AM fungi was negatively correlated with the biomass of soil fungi and soil actinomycetes characterized by PLFA. The species richess, Shannon-Wiener index and evenness index had a positive correlation with polymeric compounds in soil. Under different land use patterns, due to the influence of soil factors and soil microbial structure and function, the diversity of AM fungi was significantly different. AM fungal diversity is affected by the combination of soil factors and soil microbial community structure as well as microbial functional diversity.
