中文摘要 | 采用土柱栽培试验,设有土壤深层水(W_(80))和无土壤深层水(W_0)2种水分处理,每个水分处理下设基肥浅施(F_(10))和深施(F_(30))处理,研究水肥供应对棉花生育进程、生育期、生长参数和生物量积累及水分利用效率的影响。结果表明,与W_0处理相比,W_(80)处理使果枝数、蕾数、花数、铃数分别增加33.7%、6.5%、12.0%和24.3%,延长棉花蕾期(2~7 d)和铃期(4~8 d),蕾、铃脱落率分别降低9.58%和241.43%,水分消耗量增加2.3%~5.2%;茎叶、蕾铃以及总水分利用效率分别比W_0处理高30.7%~40.7%、34.6%~52.6%和16.4%~27.2%。无论W_0还是W_(80)条件下,F_(10)处理使蕾、花铃期延长2~3 d,茎叶、蕾铃以及地上部总生物量分别提高11.2%~21.0%、24.6%~32.8%和13.9%~16.1%。在W_(80)条件下,与F_(30)处理相比,F_(10)处理延长蕾期3 d、铃期1 d,使叶面积增加4.3%~24.9%,果枝数、蕾数、铃数分别增加19.0%、13.1%、9.1%,最终总干物质量和水分利用效率分别提高2.0%~13.9%和11.3%~15.2%。因此,充足土壤深层水配合基肥浅施可作为促进棉花高产节水的调控技术。 |
英文摘要 | To make clear the effects of different water and fertilizer management on cotton growth and biomass accumulation and its relationship with water use efficiency(WUE), so as to provide scientific basis for cotton efficient and high yield cultivation in arid area.By soil columns experiment,let two water treatments be soil deep water(W_(80)) and deep water without soil(W_0)t, and let each treatment have subtreatments of base fertilization depth[surface application(F_(10)) and deep application(F_(30))], we studied the effect of water and fertilizer supply on cotton phenology, growth attributes,biomass accumulation and WUE.The results showed that,the number of branches, buds, flowers and bells increased by 33.7%, 6.5%, 12.0% and 24.3% respectively for W_(80) treatment compared with W_0.Under W_(80) treatment compared with W_0, cotton squaring extended 2-7 days and boll setting period 4-8 days,however,boll expulsion rate decreased 9.58% and 241.43% respectively, water sonsumption increased by 2.3%-5.2%,and the total WUE of stem, main leaf, bud and boll increased 30.7%-40.7%, 34.6%-52.6% and 16.4%-27.2% respectively.Under conditions of W_0 or W_(10) treatments,F_(10) treatment, prolonged cotton squaring and boll setting period by 2-3 days compared with other counterparts.Biomass accumulation of stem, leaf, bud, boll and total dry matter increased by 11.2%-21.0%, 24.6%-32.8% and 13.9%-16.1% respectively, under W_0 treatment.The squaring period delayed 3 days under W_(80) combined with F_(10) compared with F_(10)W_0 combination.The F_(10) treatment increased leaf area, fruiting branch numbers, buds, bolls number, total biomass accumulation and WUE by 4.3%-24.9%, 19.0%, 31.1%, 9.1%, 2.0%-13.9% and 11.3%-15.2% respectively compared with F_(30) treatment.In conclusion, under the conditions of deep layer water,W_(80), basal fertilizer was a technique can achieve optimal cotton yield, high water conservation and efficient management of N fertilizer in arid area of Xinjiang. |
