中文摘要 | 【目的】研究喀斯特石漠化生态系统植物多样性和土壤养分生态化学计量特征及其相关性,探讨植物多样性和土壤养分生态化学计量特征对石漠化演变的响应,为石漠化地区的植被恢复和生态系统重建提供科学依据。【方法】选取贵州典型喀斯特石漠化区域的毕节鸭池、清镇红枫湖和安顺花江3个调查点,广泛设置样地,开展植物多样性调查,测定不同调查点、不同石漠化等级土壤的有机C、全N、全P和全K含量,并对4种土壤养分元素的生态化学计量特征与4种植物多样性指数进行相关性和回归分析。【结果】研究区植物4种多样性指数均较低,丰富度指数范围6.00~ 11.92,Shannon-Wiener指数范围1.61~3.12,均匀度指数范围0.59~1.70,优势度指数范围0.12~0.46。喀斯特石漠化生态系统土壤有机C、全N、全P和全K含量也较低,均值分别为42.71、2.49、0.73和2.04 g/kg,C∶N、C∶P、C∶K、N∶P、N∶K和P∶K均值分别为17.96、65.09、27.48、3.57、1.64和0.47。土壤生态化学计量特征在不同调查点、不同等级石漠化环境中均有明显差异,土壤K元素的变异系数远高于其他几种元素,变异系数大多超过50%。相关性分析结果表明,在不同调查点和石漠化等级中,4个植物多样性指数与土壤养分及其计量比间存在显著相关性(P<0.05,下同)。回归分析结果表明,不同石漠化环境中与植物多样性呈显著相关的土壤计量比有所不同,其中潜在、中度石漠化环境土壤C∶N与植物多样性各指标相关性较强,无、强度石漠化环境次之,轻度石漠化环境最弱;中度石漠化和轻度石漠化中土壤C∶P与植物各多样性指标相关性较强,其余等级石漠化环境中较弱。【结论】喀斯特石漠化环境中的植物多样性指数均偏低,不同研究区土壤有机C、全N、全P、全K含量及其计量比大多存在明显差异。植物多样性指数与土壤化学计量比相关性显著,且在不同等级石漠化环境中,二者相关性的空间差异性明显。 |
英文摘要 | 【Objective】Plant diversity,soil stoichiometry and their correlation in the karst rocky desertification ecosystem were studied,and response of plant diversity and soil nutrients ecological stoichiometry to the evolution of rocky desertification were explored to provide reference for revegetation and reconstruction of ecosystem in rocky desertification areas.【Method】 Three experiment sites,which were Yachi in Bijie,Hongfenghu in Qingzhen and Huajiang in Anshun of Guizhou were selected as typical rocky desertification regions. Then,the sample plots were extensively established. Firstly,the researches of plant diversity were conducted. Then,the soil organic carbon(SOC),total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP)and total potassium (TK)contents of different survey sites and different rocky desertification grades were determined. Then,correlation and regression analysis among the stoichiometric characteristics of four soil nutrient elements and the four plant diversity indices were studied.【Result】The range of four diversity index in the study area was low,that of the richness index was 6.00-11.92,that of the Shannon-Wiener index was 1.61-3.12,that of the Pielou index was 0.59-1.70,and that of the Simpson index was 0.12-0.46. The contents of soil SOC,TN,TP and TK in karst rocky desertification ecosystem were also low,with mean values of 42.71, 2.49,0.73 and 2.04 g/kg respectively. The mean values of C∶N,C∶P,C∶K,N∶P,N∶K and P∶K were 17.96,65.09,27.48,3.57, 1.64 and 0.47 respectively.There were great difference of soil nutrients stoichiometric characteristics between different survey sites and degrees of rocky desertification in the three experiment sites. The coefficient of variation of soil K element was much higher than other elements,and most coefficients of variation were more than 50%. Correlation analysis revealed that there was significant correlation among the four plant diversity indexes,soil nutrient and stoichiometric ratio at different survey sites and different rocky desertification grades(P<0.05,the same below). The results of regression analysis showed that the soil stoichiometric ratio that was significantly correlated with species diversity in different rocky desertification environments was different. In the potential and moderate rocky desertification environment,soil C∶N had the strongest correlation with all indexes of plant diversity,the nil and severe rocky desertification environment had the second strongest correlation,the weakest correlation with all indexes of plant diversity was in the slight rocky desertification environment. The correlation of soil C∶P value and plant diversity indexes was strong in moderate and slight rocky desertification environment,while those of other grades of rocky desertification environment were weak.【Conclusion】Plant diversity indexes in karst rocky desertification environment are low in general. Most of the contents of SOC,TN,TP and TK in different research areas and their stoichiometric ratios are quite different. There is significant correlation among the plant diversity indexes and soil chemical stoichiometric ratios in the study area,and the correlation of the two has obvious spatial difference in the different grades of rocky desertification environment. |
