中文摘要	【目的】筛选综合性状较优的黑麦品系,为半干旱灌区黑麦新品种选育提供参考.【方法】采用定量分析和灰色关联分析,研究6个黑麦新品系(5133’4002’4005’4007’5069’5099’)在干旱半干旱灌区(甘肃省定西市临洮县)2013-2014年度和2014-2015年度的抗病性、株高、草产量和营养价值.【结果】品系5069’5099’和 5133’的锈病抗性均强于其他品系和CK;品系4005’4007’和5133’的倒伏率显著低于对照和其他品系;5069’的株高显著高于对照和其他品系.品系5133’的平均干草产量(14.01t/hm~2)显著高于除品系4002’外的其他材料;参试黑麦材料2014~2015年度的干草产量普遍高于2013-2014年度;2014-2015年度品系4002’的干草产量最高(15.34t/hm~2),品系5099’的粗蛋白含量最高(12.50%),品系4005’的酸性洗涤纤维含量最低(32.60%),品系4002’和品系5133’的中性洗涤纤维含量显著低于其他品系.品系5133’的综合评价结果最优.【结论】品系 5133’对锈病的抗性较强;鲜干比和茎叶比较大,草质鲜嫩;株高中等,抗倒伏性较强;干草产量最高,营养价值较高,为最优品系,适于进一步进行区域试验和生产试验.
英文摘要	【Objective】To screen rye lines with better comprehensive performance and provide the foundation for breeding new rye varieties.【Method】Quantitative analysis and gray correlation analysis were used to study the disease resistance,plant height and forage yield and nutritional value of 6new rye lines(5133’,4002’,4005’,4007’,5069’,5099’)in drought and semi-drought area of Gansu Province(Lintao County).【Result】The rust resistance level of 3lines(5069’,5099’and5133’)was higher than that of CK and the rest.The lodging rates of 3lines(4005’,4007’and5133’)were significantly lower than that of CK and the rest.The plant height of line 5069was significantly higher than that of the other lines.Average hay yield of line5133’(14.01t/hm~2)was significantly higher than that of the other lines except line4002’.Average hay yield in growth season from 2014’to2015’was generally higher than that from 2013’to2014’.In the growth season from2014’to2015’,the hay yield of line4002’(15.34t/ha)and CP content of line5099’(12.50%)were significantly higher than that of other lines,the lowest ADF content(32.60%)was obtained in line4005’,and the NDF contents of line4002’and 5133’were significantly lower than that of the other lines.The comprehensive evaluation results showed that line5133’is the best.【Conclusion】Line5133’shown the strong resistant to rust disease with high fresh dry ratio,stem leaf ratio,hay yield and nutritional value.And its plant height was medium and the lodging resistance was strong as well.So it was the best line for regional and production test.
