干旱胁迫对白刺花种子萌发的影响

中文摘要为了解白刺花抗旱性的生理效应,为其在喀斯特干旱地区的生态复原与重建提供理论和实践基础,本研究运用不相同的浓度PEG-6000(聚乙二醇)溶液(0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%)模拟干旱胁迫,通过生理指标萌发率、电导率、POD、CAT、alpha-淀粉酶,研究干旱胁迫下对白刺花种子萌发的影响。结果显示:在不同干旱胁迫下,白刺花种子有类似的发芽势,但白刺花种子萌发率在中浓度干旱处理明显高于重浓度干旱和零干旱处理。重浓度(20% PEG)干旱胁迫处理使白刺花种子萌发起始时间比零干旱和中浓度干旱胁迫处理要迟;而抗氧化酶POD、CAT对于干旱胁迫的响应不同,与对照组相比,中度(10% PEG, 15% PEG)处理使白刺花种子POD、CAT活性增强,而重浓度20% PEG干旱胁迫处理对于酶活性有明显的抑制作用。说明,在低浓度PEG胁迫下,白刺花种子具有较强的抵抗能力,提高浓度和长时间的处理能力有限。
英文摘要To understand the physiological me chanisms of drought resistance in Sophora viciifolia, so as to provide theoretical and practical basis for its ecological restoration and reconstruction in arid area of Karst, we used different concentrations of PEG-6000 (polyethylene glycol) solution (0%, 5%, 10%, 15 %, 20%) to simulate drought stress. The effect of drought stress on the germination rate of Sophora viciifolia was investigated through germination rate of physiological indexes, conductivity, POD, CAT, and alpha-amylase. The results showed that under different drought stress, the seed germination trend of Sophora viciifolia was similar, but the germination rate under moderate drought treatment (5%, 10% PEG) was significantly higher than that under severe drought stress (20% PEG) and zero drought stress (0% PEG). The initiation time of seed germination under severe drought (20% PEG) was later than that under zero drought stres and moderate drought stress; while the response of antioxidant enzymes POD, CAT to drought stress was different. Compared to the control group, 10% PEG and 15% PEG treatment increased the activity of POD and CAT in Sophora viciifolia seeds, whereas severe drought stress treatment (20%PEG) had an an obvious inhibitory effect on the activity of POD and CAT. The results of this research indicated that under PEG stress with low concentration, the resistance of Sopho ra viciifolia was strong, but the ability was restricted with higher concentration and longer time.
