马铃薯抗旱种质资源的评价

中文摘要中国马铃薯主产区的大部分区域为干旱贫瘠地区,随着全球气候变暖,干旱地区的面积逐年扩大,因此抗旱资源的筛选与育种利用,将对提高干旱地区马铃薯的产量发挥重要作用。本研究以17份抗旱性较好的无性系后代及5个抗旱性不同的品种为材料,设盛花期控水15 d和正常浇水2个处理,测定3个生理指标、4个光合特性指标、叶绿素含量及产量,采用抗旱系数、隶属函数对材料的抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明,干旱胁迫下丙二醛(MDA)含量及电导率升高,叶绿素含量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO_2浓度、相对含水量及产量下降,各项指标对干旱胁迫敏感,其抗旱系数因材料不同有差异,上述指标均可作为抗旱评价指标。根据某一指标对马铃薯抗旱性进行评价,对马铃薯的抗旱性利用隶属函数进行综合评价得到品种抗旱性由高到低为:定薯1号、克新1号、冀张薯8号、东农311、大西洋;得到6份高度抗旱材料、7份中度抗旱材料、4份低度抗旱材料。采用抗旱系数、隶属函数对马铃薯抗旱性进行评价,可以较好揭示抗旱性与各指标之间的关系,全面综合评价马铃薯抗旱性;抗旱性综合评价方法对马铃薯进行抗旱性评价是准确可靠的。
英文摘要Most of the main potato production areas are in the arid areas. As the world warms up, drought area has expanded each year. Therefore, screening and breeding drought resistant resources will play an important role in improving the yield of potato in arid area. In this research, 17 accessions were clonal offspring with better drought resistance and 5 different drought resistant cultivars under 2 treatments of flowering control water for 15 days and normal water. Then 3 physiological indicators, 4 indicators of photosynthetic characteristics, chlorophyll content and yield were determined. The drought resistance coefficient and drought resistance of the material function were used for the comprehensive evaluation. The results showed that under drought stress, malondialdehyde (MDA) content and conductivity increased, chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO_2 concentration, relative water content and yield decreased. The indexes were sensitive to drought stress, the drought resistant coefficient for different materials were different, and the above indexes could be used as drought resistant evaluation index. According to a certain index, the drought resistance of potato was evaluated. On the comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance of potato by the use of membership function, drought resistance of varieties were obtained from high to low: potato 1, Kexin 1, Zhang Ji potato No.8, Dongnong 311, the Atlantic.6 highly drought resistant materials, 7 moderate drought resistant materials and 4 low drought resistant materials were acquired. Using drought resistance coef ficient and membership function to evaluate the drought resistance of potato could better reveal the relationship between drought resistance and various indexes. Furthermore, it could comprehensively evaluate potato drought resistance; drought resistance comprehensive evaluation method of drought resistance evaluation of potato might be accurate and reliable.
