中文摘要	"气脱"并不等同于气不内守、大量外脱的全身衰竭证候,目中真气不足亦可导致"目不明"。气的各种功能降低是眼病发生的主要病因,也是眼病证候演变的主要病机。气的防御、温养、推动、固摄、气化功能降低均可导致"目不明"。在治疗上,气虚者当补之,清阳不升者当升之,气虚血瘀者当益气化瘀通络,气不摄血者当益气摄血,气化不利者当温补脾肾、调畅三焦。
英文摘要	"Qi desertion" is not the same as systemic failure syndrome of Qi without internal concentration and a lot of Qi out-deserting. Genuine Qi in eyes deficiency may also lead to "poor eyesight". Various functional decline of Qi is the main cause of eye diseases, which is also the main pathogenesis of eye disease syndrome development. Defense, warming, activating, controlling and transforming functions decline of Qi could lead to "poor eyesight". As for therapy, in Qi deficiency, the treatment should be invigorating Qi. In clear yang not ascending, the treatment should be elevating. In Qi deficiency and blood stasis, the treatment should be benefiting Qi, resolving stasis and removing obstruction in collaterals. In Qi failing to control blood, the treatment should be benefiting Qi and controlling blood. In Qi transformation dysfunction, the treatment should be warmly invigorating spleen-kidney and regulating Sanjiao(三焦).
