中文摘要对位于准噶尔盆地及腾格里沙漠的荒漠植物梭梭(Haloxylon ammodendron)的10个居群进行TrnL-F序列测定与分析,从分子水平上研究梭梭居群的系统发育关系。分别进行序列测定与分析,建立遗传距离矩阵,构建系统发育树。结果表明: 经排序两端切平后序列长度961 bp,(G~+ C) % 含量30.01% ~ 33.37%,当空位作为缺失处理时,产物有452个可变信息位点、393个保守位点。梭梭居群的遗传距离0.001 ~ 2.311。整个系统树分3支,福海和富蕴的居群以90%的自展支持率聚为第1支,大叶藜(Chenopodium hybridum)等3种藜科植物作为系统发育树的外类群,为系统发育树的第2支,其余的梭梭居群聚为第3支。
英文摘要In order to study the phylogenetic relationships of different Haloxylon ammodendron populations from molecular level, TrnL-F sequences were measured and analysised. We selected 10 populations which were gotten from Jungar Basin and the Tengger Desert. The results showed that: the whole length of TrnL-F sequence was 961 bp after aligned and cut and the percentage of G~+ C content was 30.01%-33.37%. When the gaps were treated as missing,there were 452 variable sites, 393 conservative sites. Genetic distance matrix indicated that the genetic distance value of H. ammodendron populations ranged from 0.001 to 2.311. The molecular phylogenetic trees suggested that: the phylogenetic tree was divided into three branches. The two populations of Fuhai and Fuyun gathered with 90% bootstrapping approval rating. Three kinds of Chenopodiaceae plants as the second branch as outgroup, such as Chenopodium hybridum. The rest H. ammodendron populations gathered the third branch.
