中文摘要	矿工不安全行为是导致煤矿事故的重要原因,而不安全行为的实施是矿工在综合考量作业环境和安全管理要求后的行为意向选择.为分析矿工不安全行为意向的影响因素和煤矿激励策略的合理性,提出7种研究假设,建立结构方程模型,设计调查问卷收集数据进行实证研究.结果表明:中和技术理论中否认行为的伤害后果、功过相抵和必然狡辩对于矿工当前不安全行为意向呈现显著正向影响,而否认责任的影响不显著.同时,激励策略中经济惩罚和羞愧惩罚呈现显著负向影响,而经济奖励的影响不显著.
英文摘要	Coal mine accidents are mainly caused by unsafe behaviors, which are intentional choices of miners after they comprehensively evaluate the working environment and safety management requirements. To figure out the influence factors and rationality of motivation strategies, seven hypotheses were proposed, while a structural equation model was established and questionnaires were collected and analyzed. The results show that except for obligation denial, three variables including hurt denying, deserts equal faults and excuse making are significant factors inducing unsafe behaviors. Except for positive financial incentives, economic and guilty punishments have obvious negative impacts on unsafe behaviors of miners.
