中文摘要 | 无锡地铁胜利门站~三阳广场站区间右线盾构接收处于软弱地层小半径曲线段,且需下穿商场敏感性建筑,盾构距商场基础下方3.7 m。受地面加固条件限制,盾构接收采用水平冻结+管棚注浆加固方式。本文给出杯底厚度3 m,杯壁长度11.4 m的杯型水平冻结加固方案,并对冻结温度场进行实测与分析,获得了冻结壁发展变化规律;提出端头管棚注浆加固工艺与参数,盾构掘进至小半径曲线段与切削杯底冻结土体的具体推进参数,解冻时进行融沉跟踪注浆的具体参数,并对建筑物的变形进行实时监测,实测结果表明,水平冻结+管棚注浆加固效果良好。绿洲商场主楼最大沉降量仅2.6 mm,证明采用水平冻结加管棚注浆工艺合理可行,为今后类似工程提供了可行技术。 |
英文摘要 | Wuxi Underground Shenglimen Station~Sanyang Square Station interval right line shield locates in small radius curve receiving section of soft formation, and it is required to thread into the shopping mall sensitive buildings. The shield is 3.7 m from the shopping mall foundation bottom. Under the condition of ground reinforcement, the shield receiving is adopted by horizontal freezing and grouting reinforcement. In this paper, the cup type horizontal freezing reinforcement scheme of 3 m in thickness and 11.4 m in length was revealed, the freezing temperature field was measured and analyzed, and the change law of the development of the frozen wall was obtained. The technology and parameters of grouting reinforcement for end pipe roof were put forward, together with the driving parameters of the shield tunneling to the small radius curved line segment and the frozen soil of the cutting cup bottom. The concrete parameters of the grouting were carried out in the thaw settlement, and the deformation of the building was monitored in real time. The measured results show that the horizontal freezing and grouting reinforcement effect is good. The maximum settlement of the main building of the oasis shopping mall is only 2.6 mm. It is proved that the horizontal freezing and grouting technology is reasonable and feasible, which provides a feasible technology for the similar projects in the future. |
