防风抑尘网应用于沙漠铁路风沙防治的数值分析

中文摘要沙漠铁路风沙地段常用的风沙防治措施主要是PE网,虽然风沙防治效果较好但耐久性不足。而防风抑尘网耐久性好,尝试将防风抑尘网应用于沙漠铁路风沙防治工程,并对其截面特征开展优化研究工作。研究结果表明:孔隙率为0和低开孔率(<20%)在近网处有较好遮蔽效果,风速最高降幅可达93%;高开孔率(40%和50%)具有较好遮蔽距离,但遮蔽效果不理想;综合考虑遮蔽效果和遮蔽距离的影响,孔隙率为20%和30%的网板优于其他孔隙率的网板;有折角的蝶形网板比平面网板的遮蔽效果更好,最优折角度数为30°~50°;折角50°上部25 cm孔隙率为40%,中部100 cm孔隙率为30%,下部25 cm孔隙率为50%的蝶形网板兼顾遮蔽效果和遮蔽距离的优点且底部导沙能力也优于其他截面形式,因此,该孔隙率不均一的功能型网板为最佳截面形式;当设置双层防风抑尘网的时候,理论的设置间距为26h (h为防风抑尘网高度)。
英文摘要The commonly used sand control measure in the wind blown sand section of the Desert railway is to use PE porous fences. Although its sand control effect is very good, but lacks durability. The durability of porous fence is better than that of PE. This paper attempted to investigate porous fences in Desert railways for wind-blown sand prevention and control measures and to optimize the characteristics of its cross sections. The results indicate that the fens with a porosity of 0 and those with a porosity of less than 20% in the vicinity have good shielding effects. The highest reduction rate of air velocity was 93%. The distance that can be covered by the fences with a porosity between 40 and 50% is far more than that covered by fences of the other cross sections, but the shielding effect of the fence is not desired. Considering the shielding effect and the effect of shielding distance, the fence porosity of 20% and 30% is better than that of other cross sections. The folding angle of the butterfly fence is better than the shielding effect of the flat fence. The optimal angle of the butterfly fence is 30° to 50°. A folding angle of 50° of the butterfly fence, which is the upper 25 cm of the one with the porosity of 40%, 100 cm in the middle of the one with the porosity of 30%, the lower part 25 cm of the one with the porosity of 50%. Taking into account the shielding effect, the shielding distance, and the sand reduction capacity are higher than other cross section forms, the functional porous fence porosity heterogeneity is the best form of these cross sections. The reasonable spacing is 26h (h is the height of porous fence) for the desert sand prevention and control of a double porous fence.
