中文摘要 | 【目的】探讨干旱胁迫对3个乡土树种光合生理的影响,为乡土树种在干旱区的造林提供理论依据。【方法】采用盆栽试验,研究3种珍贵乡土阔叶树种香樟(Cinnamomum camphora)、红椿(Toona ciliata)、桢楠(Phoebe zhennan)实生苗在不同干旱胁迫程度下的光合生理响应。【结果】干旱胁迫下3种乡土树种的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、及叶绿素总量显著降低;干旱胁迫下红椿和香樟的比叶面积显著下降,而桢楠的比叶面积没有明显变化,3个树种的叶片相对含水量显著减小;随着干旱胁迫程度增大,3种乡土树种的光合速率(P_n)、气孔导度(G_s)、蒸腾速率(T_r)均显著下降,红椿和桢楠的胞间CO_2浓度(C_i)下降,香樟的胞间CO_2浓度(C_i)上升。研究表明,干旱胁迫抑制了乡土树种幼苗叶片叶绿素的合成,干旱程度越大,光合作用和蒸腾作用受到抑制的程度越大。【结论】从3个树种幼苗对干旱胁迫响应的光合生理特性来看,红椿对干旱胁迫的响应最为敏感,其次是香樟,桢楠是3种乡土树种中最耐旱的树种,适合在较为干旱的地区造林。 |
英文摘要 | 【Objective】The aim of the study was to investigate the ecological adaptability of three local tree seedlings to drought stress and to provide a theoretical reference for the afforestation in arid areas. 【Method】A pot-culture experiment was conducted to explore the effects of drought stress on photosyntheticcharacteristicsandchlorophyllcontentsofthree localtree seedlings(Cinnamomumcamphora,Phoebe zhennan,ToonaciliataRoem).【Result】Drought stress significantly decreased chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll concentration of three native tree species. Specific leaf area of T. ciliata and C. camphora was decreased significantly,however,drought stress had no significant effect on specific leaf area of P. zhennan. Relative leaf water content of the three tree seedlings was decreased by drought.Photosynthetic rate (P_n),stomatal conductance (G_s),transpiration rate (T_r) of all tree species declined with increasing drought stress. Intercellular CO_2 concentration (C_i) decreased with drought stress in T. ciliata and P. zhennan,but the opposite was true in C. camphora. Such results indicate drought stress could severely impair chlorophyll synthesis and photosynthesis. The greater the drought stress magnitude,the larger inhibition effect on photosynthesis and transpiration.【Conclusion】According to photosynthetic parameters,T. ciliata is sensitive to drought stress,followed by C. camphora. P. zhennan is the most drought-tolerant tree species and suitable for reforestation in relatively arid regions. |
