中文摘要 | 依据新疆20012012年12期土地分类利用影像,整理各类土地面积变化数据,以2015年更新的生态服务当量价值表评估伊犁河谷生态服务价值,并结合当地经济、人口等数据,对土地利用和生态安全状况分析。结果表明: 1.由于地区的政策及自然因素,十二年间林草地总面积扩大了12%,耕地增长近55%,荒漠和冰川分别缩减35%、34%; 2.生态服务价值总量呈减增减波动,首末期数量相差不大,分别为836亿元和828亿元,生态服务的主要支持是草地,耕地生态效用在增加,荒漠在改良; 3.人均GDP提升15982元,但人均生态服务价值下降5999元,生态经济发展协调度EEH指数半数属不均衡; 4.耕地需水、冰川缩减、人口压力都对本地未来水供给形成隐患; 5.林草面积整体扩大,但高生态服务效率的林草类在退化,生态建设向集约化发展的潜力较大。 |
英文摘要 | According to the Xinjiang 2001-2012 land classification image, we collected different land classification area data and assessed the ecological service value of Ili River Valley by using the ecological service value equivalent table updated in 2015, combining with the local economic and demographic data. The results are as follows. (1) Affected by regional policy and natural factors during the twelve years, the total area of forest and grassland increased by 12%, and the cultivated land increased by nearly 55%, and the desert and glaciers decreased by 35% and 34% respectively. (2) The change trend of the total value of ecosystem services was "reduce to increase to decrease". The number of differences at the start and end times was close to 83 billion 600 million Yuan and 82 billion 800 million Yuan, respectively. The main support of ecological services was grassland; the ecological effectiveness of cultivated land was increasing, and the desert was improving. (3) Per capita GDP increased by 15982 Yuan, but the per capita ecological service value decreased by 5999 Yuan. Most of the time was in the imbalance of eco economic coordinated development index EEH. (4) Arable land needed water, glacier reduction, population pressure on the local water supply in the future to form a hidden danger. (5) The area of forest land and grassland was enlarged, however the efficient ecological service of forest and grassland was degraded. The potential of ecological construction was the direction of intensive development. |
