中文摘要 | 宁夏草地生态系统对宁夏生态环境、生物多样性保护和区域经济发展具有重要作用。沿宁夏降雨梯度带,从北到南选择荒漠草原、典型草原和草甸草原3个草地类型的地上植物和土壤进行取样,对3个草地类型土壤有机碳组分(易氧化有机碳、颗粒有机碳、微生物碳和惰性碳)分布特征及其与环境变量的相关关系进行研究。结果表明,土壤总有机碳与惰性碳含量表现为山地草甸>典型草原>荒漠草原;土壤颗粒有机碳和微生物量碳含量表现为荒漠草原>山地草甸>典型草原;土壤易氧化有机碳表现为典型草原>荒漠草原>山地草甸。3种草地类型活性有机碳占总有机碳比例均较低,而惰性碳占总有机碳比例在23.03%~86.63%之间。RDA分析表明环境变量对土壤有机碳组分总解释量为99.6%。Pearson相关性分析表明土壤活性有机碳与土壤总有机碳之间相关性均不显著,而土壤惰性碳和总有机碳之间高度正相关(r=0.99,P<0.01)。土壤总有机碳与环境变量的相关性分析表明土壤总有机碳与海拔(r=0.81,P<0.01)、土壤含水率(r=0.90,P<0.01)、土壤全氮(r=0.97,P<0.01)、年降雨量(r=0.87,P<0.01)、物种丰富度(r=0.88,P<0.01)和地上生物量(r=0.86,P<0.01)正相关,而与土壤容重(r=-0.90,P<0.01)、年均温(r=-0.78,P<0.01)负相关。研究区3种草地类型的活性有机碳比例较低,这表明土壤有机碳循环速率不高,有机碳库较为稳定,其中草甸草原的总有机碳和惰性碳含量均高于其他类型,稳定性最高。气候温、湿度特征,地上植被群落结构和生物量以及土壤水分和氮素特征是影响影响宁夏草地土壤有机碳含量重要因素。 |
英文摘要 | Grassland ecosystem in Ningxia plays an important role in ecological environment and biodiversity maintenance and regional economic development. Along precipitation gradient, three grassland types (desert grassland, typical grassland and alpine grassland) were selected from north to south of Ningxia province. The soil organic carbon fraction (easily oxidized organic carbon, particulate organic carbon, microbial biomass carbon, inertial carbon) and their relationship with environment were analyzed. The result showed that the total soil organic carbon and inertial carbon were both followed order of alpine grassland>typical grassland>desert grassland. The order of soil particulate organic carbon and microbial biomass carbon were desert grassland>alpine grassland>typical grassland. And soil easily oxidized organic carbon followed the order of typical grassland>desert grassland>alpine grassland. Generally, the ratio of soil active organic carbon to total soil organic carbon in three grassland types were very low, while the ratio of inertial carbon were high (from 23.03%~86.63%). RDA indicated that 99.6% soil organic carbon variation could be explained by environmental variables. Pearson’s relationship indicated that soil organic carbon had significant positive relationship with altitude (r=0.81, P<0.01), soil water content (r=0.90, P<0.01), soil total nitrogen (r=0.97, P<0.01), mean average precipitation (r=0.87, P<0.01), species richness (r=0.88, P<0.01) and aboveground biomass (r=0.86, P<0.01), and significant negative relationship with soil bulk density (r=-0.90, P<0.01) and mean average temperature (r=-0.78, P<0.01). These implied that all three types of grassland have lower rate of soil organic carbon cycle and the temperature, precipitation, structure and biomass of aboveground vegetation, soil water and nitrogen could significantly influence the soil organic carbon and its fraction. |
