中文摘要 | 为探讨生物质炭输入对盐胁迫下玉米幼苗生长和光合生理特性的影响,在温室以轻、中、重度盐渍化土壤模拟盐胁迫环境,设置0(CK),1%,2%,4%,8%生物质炭输入水平,进行玉米盆栽试验。对玉米幼苗生长、SPAD、净光合速率(Pn)等光合参数进行测定。结果表明:盐胁迫条件下玉米幼苗叶片叶绿素含量、光合作用等均受到抑制,进而影响玉米幼苗生长,干物质累积量、单株叶面积均显著降低。生物质炭输入能有效缓解盐胁迫对玉米幼苗生长的抑制。8%生物质炭输入水平对轻度盐胁迫下玉米幼苗生长的促进作用最显著:干物质累积量、SPAD、叶面积分别较对照增加116.22%,36.09%,107.67%,Pn、Tr、Gs分别较空白对照处理高76.60%,57.76%,17.33%;2%生物质炭水平下中度盐胁迫干物质累积量、SPAD、叶面积最高,分别较空白对照处理增加138.04%,18.92%,23.50%,Pn、Tr、Gs分别较空白对照处理高78.48%,55.56%,26.23%;8%生物质炭输入重度盐渍化土壤玉米幼苗干物质累积量、单株总叶面积最高,分别较空白对照处理高483.33%,92.32%,但SPAD在4%输入水平最高,较空白对照处理高71.50%。8%生物质炭输入重度盐渍化土壤玉米幼苗叶片Pn、Tr、Gs分别较CK处理高120.00%,88.78%,17.39%。生物质炭输入盐渍化土壤可通过自身特性增加土壤中矿质养分含量,改善土壤持水能力,提高植株叶绿素含量,促进光合作用,缓解盐胁迫对玉米幼苗生长的抑制作用,可应用于盐渍化土壤的改良。 |
英文摘要 | In order to study the effect of biomass carbon input to corn seedling’s growth and photosynthesis physiology feature which cultivated on saliferous gray desert soil. The saliferous soil with biomass carbon inputs were manipulated in the lab:there were three salinization levels in gray desert soil:level 1 was low salinization,level 2 was medium salinization and level 3 was high salinization,with different weight percentage of biomass carbon inputs:0(CK),1%,2%,4% and 8%. On these medium,the corn were cultivated to analyze the effect of biomass carbon input to corn seedling’s growth and photosynthesis physiology features. The corn’s growth,SPAD and Pn were investigated during the seedling stage. The results showed that:under the salt stress,contents of corn leaves’ chlorophyll and photosynthesis metabolism were all suppressed,and these induced the inhibition of corn growth,dry matter accumulation and leaf area per plant. Biomass carbon inputs could release the suppression which induced by salt stress to corn growth.with 8% biomass carbon input,the level 1 saliferous soil had the best accelerate effects to corn’s growth. Compared With CK,the dry matter accumulation,SPAD and leaf area were increased 116.22%,36.09% and 107.67% accordingly, Meanwhile,Pn,Tr and Gs were higher than CK 76.60%,57.76% and 17.33% accordingly, When 2% biomass carbon input to level 2 saliferous soil,compared with CK,the dry matter accumulation,SPAD and leaf area of corn were increased 138.04%,18.92% and 23.50% accordingly, Meanwhile,Pn,Tr and Gs were higher than CK 78.48%,55.56% and 26.23% accordingly,in the level 3 saliferous soil which have 8% biomass carbon input,corn had the highest dry matter accumulation and leaf area per plant,which were 483.33% and 92.32% compared with CK,in another hand,in level 3 saliferous soil which have 4%biomass carbon input,SPAD was highest,71.50%higher than CK.In level 3 saliferous soil which have 8% biomass carbon in-put,corn seedling leaves’ Pn,Tr and Gs were higher than CK 120.00%,88.78% and 17.39% accordingly. The biomass carbon input to saliferous soil could induced the mineral content change of soil,improved the soil’s water holding capacity; these could be good for chlorophyll content of plant and boosting the photosynthesis metabolism. Biomass carbon input to saliferous soil could release the plant’s growth supression effect which induced by salt stress,and could be used in saliferous soil amelioration. |
