中文摘要短毛柽柳(Tamarix karelinii)是分布于盐渍化沙地和重盐碱地的灌木。为了阐明短毛柽柳种子的萌发特性,设置不同的温周期、储藏时间和盐分梯度,采用室内控制实验研究这些因子对种子萌发的影响。结果表明:① 短毛柽柳种子在4个温周期中均具有高的萌发率,并且温周期温度越高,种子的萌发速率越快。② 室温贮藏1个月显著提高种子的萌发速率,在贮藏6个月内,种子的最终萌发率都能达到100%。③ ≤0. 8 mol·L~(- 1)的NaCl溶液对种子的最终萌发率无显著影响,而≥1. 0 mol·L~(- 1)的溶液则抑制种子的萌发,且随着浓度的增加,种子的最终萌发率呈下降趋势,直至为0。将1. 0 ~ 4. 0 mol·L~(- 1)溶液中没有萌发的种子,转移至蒸馏水继续培养后,仍有71. 67% ~ 28. 00%的种子恢复萌发率,表明种子具有较强的耐盐性。对短毛柽柳种子萌发特性的研究,为短毛柽柳的种苗培育提供基础资料。
英文摘要Tamarix karelinii is a shrub species growing in sand desert and seriously saline or alkaline soil. In order to reveal its seed germination better,the experiments were conducted to determine the effects of thermoperiod, storage time and salinity on seed germination. Freshly matured seeds were placed in incubators with 12-hour photoperiods and 12-hour thermoperiods of 5/15 ℃,10/20 ℃,15/25 ℃ and 20/30 ℃ (dark/light = 12/12 hours) . Seeds were stored at naturally uctuating temperature in laboratory. On the rst day of 1 month and 6 months after collection, the seeds were placed in incubators at 15/25 ℃ (dark/light = 12/12 hours) . Effects of 0. 0,0. 05,0. 1, 0. 2,0. 4,0. 6,0. 8,1. 0,1. 2,1. 6,2. 0 and 4. 0 mol·L~(- 1) NaCl solution on seed germination were tested at 15/25 ℃ (dark/light = 12/12 hours) . After an incubation for 14 days,the un-germinated seeds were transferred into distilled water and incubated to determine the seed re-germination rate. The results are as follows: ① Seeds germinated quickly with a high germination rate at four thermoperiods from 5/15 ℃ to 20/30 ℃,and there were not significant differences in germination rates among thermoperiods. However,the longer the thermoperiod was, the faster the seed germination would be; ② There was a significant increase of seed germination rate after a storage time for 1 month,but there was no change of seed germination rate when seeds were exposed in air for 6 months; ③ Seed germination was not affected by NaCl at concentration below 0. 8 mol·L~(- 1). When the NaCl concentration was increased from 1. 0 mol·L~(- 1) to 4. 0 mol·L~(- 1),the seed germination was inhibited,the seed germination rate was decreased,and the seeds did not germinate in NaCl concentration of 4. 0 mol·L~(- 1). When the un-germinated seeds in NaCl concentrations of 1. 0 - 4. 0 mol·L~(- 1) were transferred into distilled water to incubate,the 71. 67 - 28. 00% seeds could re-germinate,which revealed that T. karelinii seeds have strong salt tolerance. However,the final germination rates were lower at salinities from 1. 2 mol·L~(- 1) to 4. 0 mol·L~(- 1) than those in distilled water, which revealed that a portion of the NaCl-treated seeds may lose their germination ability. This research may not only reveal the adaptive strategies of T. karelinii seeds,but also could provide the basic data for cultivation of T. karelinii seedlings.
