中文摘要 | 水是种子萌发的关键因素,种子萌发及幼苗生长直接影响着干旱区植被的分布和多样性。以铃铛刺(Halimodendron halodendron)和披针叶野决明(Thermopsis lanceolata)种子为研究材料,用不同浓度PEG6000模拟干旱胁迫,探讨干旱胁迫对铃铛刺和披针叶野决明种子萌发的影响。结果表明:不同浓度处理均降低了铃铛刺和披针叶野决明种子的发芽率、发芽势、日相对发芽率和平均发芽速率,延缓了种子萌发进程,胚芽和胚根生长也受到抑制。不同浓度处理中, 12%是相对高萌发率的浓度,其种子的发芽率、发芽势、日相对发芽率、平均发芽速率、胚根及胚芽长均明显高于其他处理,与对照相近。干旱胁迫对铃铛刺和披针叶野决明种子萌发影响不完全一样,如对胚芽和胚根生长的抑制作用,铃铛刺种子胚芽和胚根作用相近,披针叶野决明则对胚根作用较胚芽明显。 |
英文摘要 | Water is a key factor in seed germination. Seed germination and seedling growth affect directly the distribution and diversity of vegetation in arid area. In this study, the seeds of Halimodendron halodendron and Thermopsis lanceolata were taken as the test materials,and the effects of simulated drought stress with different concentrations of PEG6000 (polyethylene glycol) on seed germination were studied. The results showed that the different concentrations of PEG6000 treatment could delay the seed germination process of H. halodendron and T. lanceolata, and reduce the germination rate,germination potential, relative daily germination rate and average daily germination speed of seeds. The radicle and germ growth was also inhibited. In the treatment of different concentrations,12% was the concentrations with relatively high seed germination rate, their seed germination rates,germination potentials, relative daily germination rates,average daily germination speeds and root and plumula lengths were significantly higher than other treatments and close to CK. The effects of drought stress on seed germination of H. halodendron and T. lanceolata were not the same, such as the inhibitory effect for germ and radicle growth, it was similar to radicle and germ of H. halodendron,however, the effect to radicle growth was more obvious than that to germ of T. lanceolata. |
