中文摘要 | 【目的】沟垄覆膜种植模式是克服马铃薯连作障碍、提高降水利用效率和农田生产力的有效途径,在半干旱区必须选择最佳的沟垄覆膜模式.【方法】依托4a大田定位试验,测定平畦覆膜(T_1)、全膜垄播(T_2)、全膜沟播(T_3)、半膜垄播(T_4)、半膜沟播(T_5),平畦不覆膜(CK)6种模式下连作马铃薯植株SPADR、相对含水量、酶活性、光合特性和荧光参数,明确马铃薯产量.【结果】连作条件下,沟垄覆膜种植马铃薯叶片SPADR、相对含水量、SOD和CAT活性均高于CK,其中T_3处理显著高于CK,盛花期增幅分别为9.37%,9.31%,166.74%和230.77%,薯块膨大期增幅分别为26.56%,15.56%,203.21%和207.54%;薯块膨大期P_n,G_s,T_r,F_v/F_m,Phi_(PSII)和qP均高于CK, T_3处理增幅最大,分别为50.21%,150.00%,58.43%,17.47%,54.86%和7.79%;各处理游离Pro,Ci,F_0和MDA均低于CK,其中T_3处理显著低于CK,分别为46.88%,20.92%,4.54%和63.72%;另外,沟垄和覆膜处理均能提高马铃薯产量,增产幅度为32.43%~42.98%,其中T_3处理产量最高并且与CK差异显著.【结论】沟垄覆膜种植模式均可提高连作马铃薯光合能力和产量,其中全膜双垄沟播模式效果最好. |
英文摘要 | 【Objective】Ridge-furrow film mulching is one of the main technologies to solve the potato continuous cropping obstacles,and increase crop productivity.Therefore,it is necessary to select the best ridge-furrow film mulching pattern in the semi-arid area.【Method】4-year field experiment was carried out from 2012to 2015setting six treatments:flat plot planting with mulch(T_1),ridge planting with whole film mulching(T_2),furrow planting with whole film mulching(T_3),ridge planting with ridge mulching (T_4),furrow planting with ridge mulching(T_5),and flat plot planting without mulch(CK)to measure leaf SPADR,relative water content,enzymatic activity,photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and potato yield.【Result】Under the conditions of continuous cropping,the leaf SPADR, relative water content,SOD and CAT activities of ridge-furrow film mulching were higher than those of CK,among which T_3treatment was significantly higher than those of CK,increased by 9.37%,9.31%, 166.74%and 230.77%at full flowering stage and increased by 26.56%,15.56%,203.21%and 207.54% at tuber expansion stage.P_n,G_s,T_r,F_v/F_m,Phi_(PSII) and qPin each treatment was higher at tuber expansion stage than those in CK,and T_3showed the largest increment,increased by 50.21%,150%,58.43%, 17.47%,54.86%and 7.79%respectively.Free Pro,Ci,F_0,MDA of each treatment was lower than those of CK,and T_3was significantly lower than CK,decreased by 46.88%,20.92%,4.54%and 63.72%,respectively. In addition,furrow and ridge planting and mulching treatments could increase potato yield,with yield increment of 32.43%~42.98%,the yield of T_3was significantly different from that of CK with the highest yield.【Conclusion】Ridge-furrow film mulching planting pattern improved the leaf photosynthetic capacity and yield increase in continued potato.T_3performed best in potato yield among the mulching modes. |
