中文摘要	【目的】探索河西绿洲区新疆杨适宜种植密度,为新疆杨人工林的集约栽培提供科学依据.【方法】以新疆杨(Populus alba L.var.pyramidalis Bge.)为研究对象,研究3种造林密度(株距行距分别为2m3m、3m* 4m、4m5m)对新疆杨生长发育及光合特性的影响.【结果】不同造林密度间新疆杨人工林单株材积、胸径、树高均存在显著差异,并随林龄增加差异更加明显.4m5m配置新疆杨人工林的胸径、单株材积大于其他两种密度,同时具有较高的光合速率(P_n)、蒸腾速率(T_r)、气孔导度(G_s)和较低的胞间CO_2浓度(C_i).相关分析表明,日均P_n、T_r与胸径、树高、单株材积呈显著正相关,G_s仅与树高呈显著正相关,C_i与各生长指标均呈负相关.【结论】株距行距为4m5m配置是河西新疆杨种植的最佳密度.
英文摘要	【Objective】To explore the optimum planting density of Xinjiang poplar plantation in order to provide scientific basis for intensive its cultivation in Hexi oasis area.【Method】Field test was conducted to investigate the difference in the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of poplar plantation.Three treatments(planting spacing including 2m3m,3m4m,4m5m)were designed for poplar plantation. 【Result】There were significant differences in individual volume,diameter at breast height(DBH)and height among three densities,and the difference was more obvious with increase of stand age.DBH and individual volume was higher under the density of 4m5mthan the other densities and had the higher photosynthetic rate(P_n),transpiration rate(T_r),the stomata conductance(G_s)and lower intercellular CO_2 concentration(C_i).There were markedly positive correlations between P_n,Trand individual volume,DBH, height,negative correlations between Ciand above growth indexes,and Gsonly had a significant positive correlation with the height.【Conclusion】The best density for Xinjiang poplar plantation is 4m *5min Hexi area.
