中文摘要 | 为了找到更加精细描述植硅体形态的定量化指标,本文在东北地区选择了10个样点,采集了6月份和9月份的72份芦苇样品,并进行21600粒植硅体分形维数的测量。结果表明:1)利用分形维数可以将不同类型植硅体进行区分,其中各类植硅体分形维数大小排列顺序为:棒型植硅体 < 短细胞植硅体 < 尖型植硅体 < 扇型植硅体,并且以植硅体分形维数为指标,可以将本研究10个样点进行有效地聚类分析;2)在不同的降水条件下,芦苇短细胞植硅体、扇型植硅体及棒型植硅体分形维数没有显著差异,而硅化气孔(P = 0.041)和尖型(P = 0.036)植硅体的分形维数存在显著差异,湿润地区和半干旱地区的硅化气孔分形维数显著大于半湿润地区,而半干旱地区尖型植硅体分形维数显著大于湿润地区和半湿润地区;3)芦苇植硅体组合的分形维数主要受到降水条件的影响,6月份湿润地区和半干旱地区的植硅体组合的分形维数显著大于半湿润地区,9月份湿润地区植硅体组合的分形维数显著大于半湿润地区和半干旱地区(P<0.05)。但是不同温度条件下植硅体组合的分形维数不存在显著差异(P>0.05); 4)随着生境由岸边向水中心的逐渐变化,芦苇植硅体的分形维数而呈现减小的趋势,体现了生境因素对于植硅体形态的影响。以上研究对于定量刻画植硅体形态以及提高植硅体的古环境重建精度具有一定参考意义。 |
英文摘要 | Recently,phytolith is attracting more and more attention as a useful indicator for palaeoenvironmental reconstruction, but there are still some problems on the description of the phytolith morphologies. More quantitative indexes are required to describe the morphologies of the phytolith in order to make the classified standard more consistent. For this purpose,the fractal dimension as a new index was used for describing the phytolith morphologies, and we also discussed the relationship between the fractal dimension of the phytolith morphologies and the environmental factors. In our research, Northeast China located at 38°40’N~53°30’N,115°37’E~135°5’E was chosen as our study area. 10 sites with different temperature and precipitation condition were selected. These 10 sampling sites could be divided into three sections from humid, semi-humid and semi-arid areas including Tongjiang- Mudanjiang - Longwan - Dandong, Harbin - Changchun - Panjin and Daqing - Changling - Tongliao respectively in order to study the precipitation influences on the fractal dimension of the phytolith. Besides, the sites could also be divided into 3 sections from north to south including Daqing - Harbin - Mudanjiang,Changling - Changchun- Longwan and Tongliao - Panjin - Dandong (excluding Tongjiang due to its large differences on the annual average temperature from others) in order to study the temperature influences on the fractal dimension of the phytolith. In each site, we selected different habitats from lake shore to the water for sampling. Phragmites communis as a widely distributed species was collected in these sites on June and September. In each habitat of the sites,more than 300 phytoliths were extracted from the leaves of P. communies using the wet-ashing method,and the perimeters and areas of 21600 phytoliths were measured. Through the linear regression, the fractal dimension of various morphologies, a single morphology under various environment, and the morphologies assemblages under various environmental conditions were all measured. The results indicated that: (1) Four main morphologies of the phytolith were distinctly discriminated in P. communis,and the fractal dimension of these four main morphologies of the phytolith could be arrayed as elongated < short-cell < lanceolate < bulliform. In addition, the 10 sites could be usefully classified through cluster analysis by the fractal dimension of the phytolith. (2) The fractal dimension of short-cell, bulliform and elongated phytolith showed no significant differences under different precipitation (P> 0.05),but the silicified stomata (P = 0.041) and lanceolate phytolith (P = 0.036) showed significant differences in different precipitation conditions. (3) As for the assemblages of the phtolith, the fractal dimension was influenced by the climate factors, especially precipitation. In June, the fractal dimension of the phytolith assemblages in humid and semi-arid areas was significantly higher than the phytolith assemblages in semi-humid area (P<0.05). In September, the fractal dimension of the phytolith assemblages in humid was significantly higher than in other two areas (P<0.05). But there is no significant differences for the fractal dimension of the phytolith morphologies under different temperature condition (P > 0.05), so precipitation is a more important factor influencing the fractal dimension of the phytolith morphologies in P. communis. (4) As the habitats of P. communis was from lake shore to the water, the fractal dimension of the phytolith declined, which was probably due to the slow-growth in deeper water levels. The above results, to an extent, would provide some references in quantifying the phytoliths morphology and accurate paleo-environmental reconstruction in the future. |
