中文摘要	采用一次性培养的方式研究不同添加量PEG6000对小球藻(Chlorella sp. TLD6B)吸光度(OD_(680))、生物量、生长速率、可溶性蛋白含量、脂肪酶活性和总脂含量的影响。结果表明:不同添加量PEG6000对小球藻吸光度(OD_(680))、生物量、生长速率和可溶性蛋白含量的影响总体表现为抑制;随着培养时间的延长,同一PEG6000添加量下脂肪酶活性大体呈上升、下降再上升趋势,而对照组则呈先下降后上升趋势;对照组及5%、10%、20%、30%添加量的PEG6000胁迫下最终小球藻脂肪酶活性分别为300.87、320.67、342.43、360.21、287.76 U/g,总脂含量分别为29.64%、 31.28%、33.45%、35.11 %、25.26%。结果显示,不同添加量的PEG6000均抑制了小球藻的生长和可溶性蛋白合成;但适宜添加量的PEG6000提高了小球藻的脂肪酶活性及总脂含量。
英文摘要	The effects of different dosages of PEG6000 on the absorbance (OD_(680)),biomass,growth rate, soluble protein content, lipase activity and total lipid content of chlorella (Chlorella sp. TLD6B) were studied by disposable culture method. The results showed that different dosages of PEG6000 had inhibitory influences on the absorbance (OD_(680)) , biomass, growth rate and soluble protein content. With culture time prolonging,the lipase activity showed an increasing,decreasing then increasing trend at the same dosage of PEG6000,while control group showed a first decreasing then increasing trend. The lipase activities of control group and dosage groups of PEG6000 5% ,10% ,20% and 30% were 300.87,320.67,342.43, 360.21, 287.76 U/g respectively, and the total lipid contents were 29.64%,31.28%,33.45% , 35.11% and 25.26% ,respectively. The results indicated that different dosages of PEG6000 inhibited the growth and synthesis of soluble protein of chlorella,while suitable dosage of PEG6000 improved the lipase activity and total lipid content of chlorella.
