中文摘要	近年来腾格里沙漠的环境污染问题受到了社会各界广泛关注,该地区某工业园区污水处理厂由于多种原因闲置多年,不能正常运行,亟需进行技术改造。该工程实施规模为5 000 m~3/d,采用控制源头排放、优化预处理、加强生物处理及增加化学处理等一系列改造措施后,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级B标准。改造过程中最大限度地利用了原有设施,节省了工程投资;采用空气提升器进行污水提升,解决了工艺流程中低扬程(2 m以内)提升的问题。
英文摘要	In recent years, the problem of environmental pollution in the Tenggeli desert region has caused widespread concern in the community. The wastewater treatment plant in an industrial park was idle for many years due to a variety of reasons and could not operate normally, with urgent need for technical reconstruction. The design capacity of the project was 5 000 m~3/d. The engineering reconstruction measures were adopted,such as controlling source discharge,optimizing pretreatment,enhancing biological treatment and adding chemical treatment. The effluent quality could meet the first level B criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002). The existing facilities were fully used in the process of technical reconstruction, thus saving the project investment. Using air lift-pump for lifting sewage could solve the problem of low head lift (less than 2 m) in the technological process.
