古尔班通古特沙漠南缘柽柳节肢动物群落结构及时序动态研究

中文摘要【目的】研究新疆古尔班通古特沙漠南缘柽柳树上节肢动物群落发生及变化特点,为保护农田沙漠交错带柽柳提供科学依据。【方法】采用网捕法及观察计数法,调查研究古尔班通古特沙漠南缘沙漠及农田交错带柽柳上,植食性节肢动物及天敌昆虫的群落多样性及发生情况。【结果】交错带生境柽柳节肢动物群落多样性,均匀度指数均高于沙漠生境,沙漠生境柽柳节肢动物个体数大于交错带生境;沙漠生境柽柳植食性节肢动物数量远大于交错带生境(约为3.26倍),沙漠生境最主要的植食性昆虫为粉蚧(98%),交错带生境为粉蚧(36%) 、盲蝽(53%) 、蜡蝉(6%);交错带柽柳天敌昆虫数量高于沙漠生境(约为1.88倍),两生境柽柳主要天敌昆虫为食虫虻(交错带41.56%,沙漠36.59%) 、蜘蛛(交错带28.57%,沙漠31.71%) 、小蜂(交错带28.57%,沙漠31.71%) 。【结论】交错带柽柳天敌昆虫丰富,可作为沙漠区域及农田天敌资源库,是宝贵的有利资源;交错带生境柽柳植食性昆虫不会危害农田,对天敌提供一定食物来源和生存场所,故应该保护交错带柽柳,其不仅具有保持水土防治沙漠化的作用,对保护天敌昆虫具有重要的意义。
英文摘要【Objective】The project aims to explore and study the diversity and dynamics of arthropods on the Tamarix chinensis in southern marginal zone of the Gurbanggut Desert in the hope of providing basic information for protecting Tamarix chinensis in ecotone.【Method】The research was done once per week during the period from May to September in 2015. The habitats were divided into desert and ecotone.【Result】The biodiversity index and the equitability index were greater in the ecotone than in the desert. The activity density was greater in the desert than in the ecotone. The number of herbivore in desert was 3.26 times those in ecotone. The number of pseudococcus accounted for 98% of the number of herbivore in desert. The dominant herbivore was pseudococcus(32%),miridae(53%),fulgoridae(6%). The number of natural enemies insect in ecotone was 1.88 times those in desert. The dominat natural enemy insects were aslidae(41.56%) in the ecotone and 36.59% in the desert),araneida(28.57% in the ecotone and 31.71% in the desert),chalalcididae(28.57% in the econtone and 31.71% in the desert).【Conclusion】The natural enemy insects of Tamarix chinensis were abundant in the ecotone,which may be used as the desert area and farmland natural enemy resources. The natural enemy insects are the valuable resources of farmland ecology and desert ecology. Tamarix phytophagous insects will not harm the staggered farmland in that they provide a certain food source and living space for natural enemies. So we have a strong reason to protect them. It not only has the function of keeping water and soil to prevent and control desertification,but also it is very important to protect the natural enemies of insects.
