盐柴类荒漠碳交换特征及其组分研究

中文摘要【目的】研究盐柴类荒漠碳交换特征及其各组分的变化规律。【方法】采用Li-840CO_2/H_2O红外分析仪测定生态系统呼吸(Re)和生态系统净交换(Nee),同时利用Re减去LI -8100自动土壤CO_2流量系统测定的土壤呼吸(Rs)作为植物自养呼吸(Ra),并用Ra减去刈割处理下测定的CO_2通量值计算植物叶片呼吸。【结果】Re在6到9月期间,6、7月表现为微弱的碳源,8月表现为碳汇,9月表现为碳源;Nee由于受到高温抑制的影响,仅8月表现为U型曲线,Re、Ra和植物叶片呼吸表现为单峰曲线;Nee与温度不相关,Re、Ra与温度有较好的相关性;4个月中Ra占Re比例夜间分别为33.0%、40.0%、75.7%、36.1%,白天分别为81.3%、78.1%、81.1%、75.7%;4个月中白天植物叶片呼吸占Ra比例分别为59.4% 、54.7%、68.5% 、56.3%,其中8月最高。【结论】由于荒漠夏季的高温,生态系统表现为碳源以及生态系统净交换(Nee)与温度不相关。植物自养呼吸(Ra)和生态系统呼吸(Re)与温度相关性较好,故温度是影响荒漠呼吸的主要因子。
英文摘要【Objective】 The project aims to study the characteristics of carbon exchange and its composition in saline desert ecosystem.【Method 】Using li - 840 CO_2/H_2O infrared analyzer to measure the ecosystem respiration (RE) and net ecosystem exchange (nee),At the same time using re minus li -8100 soil respiration automatic to determine the soil CO_2 flux system (RS) as plant autotrophic respiration (RA),CO_2 and RA fluxes were measured under minus the cutting value calculation of plant leaf respiration.【Result】The results showed that: During June to September,June and July showed a weak carbon sources,August showed carbon sink,September showed carbon sources; Because of high temperature,only August showed U - shaped curve, Re,RA and plant leaf respiration showed a single peak curve. Nee was weakly correlated with temperature, Re,Ra was highly correlated with temperature; During the four months,Ra percentage of Re was 81.3%, 78.1%,81.1%,75.7% at daytime and 33.0%,40.0%,75.7%,36.1% at nighttime, and plant leaf respiration of Ra was 59.4%,54.7%,68.5%,56.3%, especially high at August.【Conclusion】 Due to the high temperature of the desert in summer,the ecosystem performance as carbon source and the net ecosystem carbon exchange (Nee) was not related to the temperature. Plant autotrophic respiration (Ra) and ecosystem respiration (Re) were highly correlated with temperature,and temperature is the main factor affecting desert respiration.
